On the entrance level of the villa you will find a double bedroom with its own exit to a veranda and a pool area, a twin bedroom also with its own exit to a veranda and a pool area and a large shared bathroom with a bathtub. In the twin bedroom there is a door that leads to a third small bedroom with a bunk bed that can be used for small children.

On the first floor you will come to an open plan with a beautiful cosy living room with a fireplace, a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is a second outdoor dining area for six on the terrace with a gorgeous sea view.

The outside area offers a large garden with a private pool 50m2, a lawn, a BBQ area, a shaded lounge area as welll as sun loungers for sunbathing.

Cleaning service before an arrival and after a departure and a mid-stay clean (only when staying longer then 1 week) are included in the rental price. An additional clean has to be booked prior to an arrival at additional charge.
