Beautiful mansion in Picardy

This large house used to be part of a beer brewery and has been completely renovated into a cozy holiday home. With no fewer than 6 bedrooms, including a family suite, the Henri holiday home is ideal for families and groups of friends up to 14 people. The house is located near Saint-Quentin, in the north of France.

In the vicinity you can visit various museums, such as the motorcycle and butterfly museum. Canoeing, kayaking, golfing, swimming, skating and visiting castles are also possible. A beekeeper lives on site who will take you to the world of bees and show you how honey is made.

Ground floor:
The living room has a sitting area with television, DVD player, games and a piano (no longer voted). The modern kitchen also has a seating area and is fully equipped with a 4-burner induction hob, fridge / freezer combination, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, food processor and a filter coffee machine. A gourmet machine is available. In the utility room there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, high chair, an extra fridge / freezer combination and outdoor games such as boules and volleyball.

In the office there are leaflets with what to do in the area. In the hall there is a separate toilet. The salon on the ground floor has a large dining table and a seating area.

The wheelchair-friendly bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds and an adjoining, also wheelchair-friendly, bathroom with rain shower and sink.

1st floor:
Bedroom 2 and 3 on the first floor both have three single beds. These rooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There is a second bathroom with a bath and double sinks. A separate toilet.

Bedroom 4 has two single beds with an adjoining dressing room that can be used as a baby room.

Bedroom 5 and 6 have two single beds. Bedroom 6 has its own bathroom with a shower and sink and can be reached via bedroom 4 and 5.

All single beds can be pushed together and made up as double beds.

Outside:
The courtyard provides access to the games room with a table tennis and football table. There are 5 bicycles for adults, 2 children's bicycles and 6 bicycle helmets.

The kitchen gives access to the large fenced garden with terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers and a gas barbecue. There is a nice lawn and a play set for children. There is enough parking space in the courtyard.
