Ca'n Valero is a fantastic estate for 12 people, close to the city of Palma.



The accommodation does not accept groups of teenagers or young people under 30 years old. Except for families with children.



With extensive grounds featuring vegetation, garden, private parking and swimming pool, it also has an elevated position, which provides it with privileged views of nature and the mountains.



It is located 6 km from the Mercadona supermarket,

6 km from El Arenal bus station,

7 km from Playa Arenal sandy beach,

8 km from Palma PMI airport,

8 km from Aqualand El Arenal water park,

8 km from El Arenal city,

12 km from Son Gual Mallorca golf course,

18 km from Palma train station and is located in an ideal area for children.



The very spacious and bright dining room is in a classic style with shelving that adorns the walls, a fireplace to warm the atmosphere, satellite TV and free WiFi.



Your modern kitchen has an island with a ceramic hob and all the necessary appliances, including AC and heating. From here you can access the barbecue house; an adjoining room with a built-in barbecue, a large table, and stairs leading down to another games room where we find a pool table and arcade machines.



With 6 bedrooms in total, 2 of them are located on the ground floor; both with a double bed, desk, and one with an en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace.
