The apartment has air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, washing machine with washing machine in the outdoor area, and is surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden overlooking the sea, with patio, veranda, gas barbecue and a large gazebo.
In one of the two bedrooms you can take advantage of an extra single bed, on request and at an extra charge of € 10 per night.
The garden and its equipped areas are shared by the tenants on the ground and first floors.
The town of San Nicolò di Ricadi, with all necessary services (supermarkets, bars, banks, post office, various shops) is about 500 meters away.
The various beaches of the Capo Vaticano area are located at a distance of 1 to 3 km respectively and can be reached within a few minutes by car.
On request, possibility of agreement with private beach and equipped about 800 meters away. Tropea, the pearl of the southern Tyrrhenian Sea, with its clubs, museums and artisan shops, is a 10-minute drive away.
For an easier comfort in travel it is preferable to be self-sufficient.
