Milos Bay Villas- Beachfront Luxury Villa with PRIVATE POOL & OUTDOOR JACUZZI

This classic stone built villa offers total privacy, luxury & relaxation on one of the most secret & beautiful beaches of Greece. Just fifteen minutes drive from Lefkas town & two minutes from the pretty seaside village of Agios Nikitas, you can bathe in the 1 km long secluded beach of Milos. The views from the villas over the crystal blue waters are second to none and the sunsets are absolutely breathtaking. Stone steps with handrails lead directly from the villas down to the beach.

Changeovers on Sunday or Saturday (in principal). If bookings allow it can be flexible.

Flights to our local airport Preveza are available from many European countries including UK, Holland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and more. From Preveza airport you can either take a bus, taxi or rent a car to Lefkada.

ATHENS TO LEFKADA by car is approximately 385 kilometers.
You can reach Lefkada by car, via the bridge that connects Lefkada with the mainland.
By BUS- there are frequent KTEL bus routes to Lefkada from Athens, Thessalonica, Patras, and other major Greek cities. From Athens, bus service is daily and travel time is 5/6 hours. From Thessalonica, bus service is 2 times per week and travel time is 5 hours.
There are daily flights from Athens International Airport and Corfu Airport, to Aktio Preveza Airport.
We are happy to prearrange a taxi transfer for you from Preveza to the villas and help with any travel advice.

Booking: 30% deposit (non -refundable). Final payment 6 weeks before arrival.

It is possible our reply may come a few hours after your request as we are based in Greece.
Confirmation will be sent on receipt of deposit.

All services, air-conditioning, towels, linen, electricity, water, final cleaning are included in the price. No extra or hidden costs.
Our concierge can meet you at Lefkas town or at Agios Nikitas village and escort you to the villa. They will also help you with your luggage. Luggage storage is not a problem.

Villas are available from 2pm on the day of arrival.
Guests are requested to vacate the villas no later than 11am on the day of departure. Will try to be as flexible as possible .This will depend on each individual case and other bookings. If we are forwarded travel arrangements beforehand we will try to accommodate guests with difficult flight times.

Enchanting views, complete paradise

First impressions, easy to find, fantastic views and great people. The stone villa was great. lovely and cool in the heat of the sun. it has air-con throughout of you need it. nicely furnished. spacious and the beach is just a few steps away. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay at Milos. We definitely recommend.

Lovely Villa

We were a party of 3 adults and 3 children (14, 11 & 8). The villa is stunning and the views from the terrace are amazing. This has to be the best spot on the island to watch the sunset, simply beautiful. Simone was a perfect host waiting for us on our slightly delayed arrival and popping in to see us through the week. Jimmy was a star keeping the pool and jacuzzi clean all week and then carrying our luggage up and down the steps to the car park. The beach is clean and not over crowded and the sea is such a beautiful colour, perfect for swimming and snorkeling (and wave jumping in the afternoon!). Look out for the donut man on the beach, the children have never had better! Overall a perfect relaxing week away for all of the family.

you think the photos are nice!Wait until you visit

its not very often you visit a place that actually is better then the photos on the internet. This is one of them. Communication was on point. services were 5 star. the people were top class. generally the greek people cannot help enough. Lefkada is a fantastic island full of variety. and Milos.... well i just dont have enough words! Thank you Tasos, Simone, Jimmy and the girls. we have booked for 2019! and are counting down the days

Fantastic location villa and service. You couldn't wish for better from your holiday. The villa was lovely and clean and fully equipped. Stepw down directly to the beach. The water is a colour I have never seen before. 5 stars

The perfect place to make a holiday

The location of the villa is unique, the view is amazing and the Sound of the waves at night is very enchanting. We really relaxed here and enjoyed its amenities. We will definitely be back.

Wow! Sea views, beach, pool, jacuzzi.....

The listing and pictures are spot on, as are the staff. It's a tough call how much to tour the island in the day and visit the lovely local village of Agios Nikitas at night vs sunbath on Milos beach or just sit on the massive decked area and enjoy the villa. Its simply wonderful

Top class in every way

Beautiful villa, with most most fantastic view I have ever seen. Great for our family holiday. Couldn't have asked for more. 2 minutes in the car from a pretty little fishing village. Ideal location. The villa is nice furnished. Well equipped and spacious. And the people are great. Nothing is too much. 100 percent recommendation.

Absolute Paradise

We had an amazing time at Milos Bay Villas, We travelled as a family of 5, 2 adults, 3 children and stayed in the beautiful traditional villa with Jacuzzi and pool. we felt truly spoilt. Access to the exclusive Milos beach! and a 2 minute drive toAgios Nikitas village where there are quaint tavernas and shops, plenty of places for coffee, breakfast and fresh bread! The ideal location for exploring the island. Would definitely recommend a car so you can adventure off to other villages. The villa is well equipped, with all you need, including washing machine and dish washer! Wifi coverage which was great for the kids, though they were very happy spending time messing around the pool and jacuzzi! We loved this villa, place and people. and will not stay any where else now! We have been to Lefkada a few times, this is the place for us! and would recommend to any family of friend.

Milos is a perfect long sandy beach with the most wonderful blue water. And the villa is placed just above the beach. ideal location to access this paradise when it is so difficult to get to. Away from it all holiday. Private luxury villa. The traditional villa is built in stone and works very well with the heat. We didnt use the air-conditioning that often. The villa was well equipped. we did ask for a couple of extra pillows which were delivered to us later that day. And the jacuzzi..... oh my, perfect when the sun is setting with a glass of wine! There are quite a few steps down to beach, but how can you complain when it gives you your own private access to that fabulous place. 10 out of 10 from us. we would definitely love to return.
