GULF BEACH RESORT #403 ON THE BEACH, THE BEST SUNSETS!!

This beautiful boutique building is perfectly maintained and houses only 19 condo units, located right on the gulf of Mexico our unit #403 has been recently redecorated and has a new kitchen as well!! The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a new mattress that is very comfy. There is plenty of storage and large clothes washers and dryers available at no charge. The views from this 4th floor unit are wonderful but you will spend most of your time on the beach or at one of the many great restaurants located within walking distance. There are also 10 local watering holes to check out on the beach. True beach bars accessed from the beach. This building is one of a kind and very secure. You will never want to leave!!!

Cozy Condo with Amazing Views

So comfortable in this condo. Spent much time on balcony. Property mgr very friendly. Loved location. Easy beach access. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Don't stay

The place had ants. The kitchen counter was wiped down several time and they kept coming back. The hall bath every time you went in there they were on the soap. Stayed one night of three scheduled and left. would expect a two night refund.

We had a great experience during our stay at this location. Just as advertised. Kathy the property manager is a rock star just an Amazing person to deal with. The owner Flora was very quick to respond to any inquiries we had. The views were amazing, the unit was cleaned and stocked with everything we needed for an home away from home stay. Beautiful Place

Worth repeating, & we definitely hope to do it!

Our first time in this property, but our 2nd time to St. Pete's Beach. Last time we stayed in a sweet retro-ish hotel just 4 doors down, but this time thought we'd try something with a full kitchen at an equal or better price-- and we are so glad we did! Our host, Flora, is amazing with communication and tips, and she had a special something waiting for us based on something we told her-- which I suspect the super building manager helped her to get! The kitchen had everything we needed. The two balconies provided different views, and we loved having coffee on the one closest to the ocean (& doing our devotionals or Duolingo). The patio furniture was perfect. The large bed was super comfy, and I took advantage of an extra blanket because I like the weight when I sleep-- and the sound of the fan! I brought my yoga mat but never used it, as I preferred doing yoga on the beach with one of the provided beach towels. I used my own towel on top of the lounge chair available from the closet-- with a drink holder-- so wonderful! We love this location, too, due to its proximity to the Publix grocery store-- you can walk it or take the free transport offered by FreeBee! (get the app) Definitely planning to return as soon as we can. Thank you, Flora!

Couples getaway

Overall stay was wonderful! Well stocked kitchen with all the appliances, cookware and dishes needed. I would prefer different window covers as the ones that are there were see-through and let in all the morning light. Shower curtain had mildew on inside. Otherwise it was great! We would definitely stay again.

Weekend Stay

My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay and were pleased with services. After having a slight mix up with check-in, the staff was accommodating and apologetic. Our room was clean with plenty of towels, wash clothes, blankets, and kitchen utensils to use. The location is perfect with easy access to the beach and an amazing view to wake up to. We would definitely come back and stay.

Short getaway

We really liked the location. Everyone was nice and helpful. The listing agent was very responsive. The room was good. Beach chairs and coolers were awesome. I thought one of the balconies was a direct beach view, not just a partial beach view, but it didn’t make or break the trip. I would stay again.

Wonderful location

The unit is in a great location with the beautiful beach area. With a side view of the beach and supplied with most of the essential needs. The shower’s in bath restrooms could use some deep scrubbing and/or replacement of tile work but overall satisfied with the unit and the grounds. We plan on returning and hopefully renting an oceanfront unit next trip.

Very nice condo,manager very friendly, helpful and welcoming.Location was perfect,after talking to other guests they all come back to the same place to stay every year which says a lot. I will be back again!!

Beautiful and Relaxing

The unit was just as described. A beautiful location right on the beach. Loved the quiet of this property. Perfectly appointed, comfortable bed and two nice bathrooms. The pool was nice and never crowded. Really enjoyed our morning walks on the beach.

Beautiful complex and unit!

we have been staying at St Pete Beach for over 15 years and this was one of the nicest places we have stayed in. The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed for the beach and pool. The management was so nice and accommodating. We already booked for next year!

Holiday Haven

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's a small complex with easy access to the beach. It was disappointing that the LR window (centerpiece view of the gulf) had a broken seal and was hazed over. We loved how many attractions were within walking distance. We will be back!!!

Nice place on the beach , great location!!

This is my second stay in this unit. It is a great condo. However, the window overlooking the ocean is a little cloudy and can use a fix. The Water pressure on showers is a little low and can use a boost. Other wise 5 stars, next to great restaurants and live entertainment, walking distance to bongos on the beach. Good times!!

Great weekend getaway

If you’re looking for a sleepy, relaxing place to vacation, this is it! Great place. Comfortable bed. Close proximity to Publix, Starbucks, and restaurants. Would love to visit again! Rent beach chairs next door- affordable and with a beach bar right there!

Very nice

The unit was very nice. it was right on the beach with a nice view. The room was very clean and covenient to restaurants/shopping but not overly crowded. I love the complex only as 19 units.

We are from the western suburbs of chicago and have been coming to St Pete Beach for the last six years. Friends of ours moved out here and told us how beautiful it was. After the first time we came, we fell in love with the vibe and knew this was where we wanted to come to get out of the cold. We finally made the jump to buy a place of our own and hope that every one of our guests enjoys the area as much as we have.

This building is special in that it is one of the nicest right on the beach and it is located in the middle of everything AND all within walking distance! There is a wide variety of things to do from great restaurants, walk up beach bars, coffee shops, sunset and dolphin cruises, and more.
