This is one of the finer beach homes on the Island located at one of the Island's best beaches: Cousin's Shore.We have a four-star rating from Canada Select.

Hardwood floors throughout and all the modern conveniences. Enjoy the views of the ocean, grazing dairy cows and hawks hunting in the meadow from your perch on our 750 square-foot deck. The property is nestled in a quiet beach development on the Island's north shore but centrally located within minutes of the variety of attractions of interest to vacationers.

Cozy Cousins Shore Cottage in Park Corner

We had wonderful stay in Park Corner in this cozy bright cottage with our family. Amazing 360 views, with a short walk to a stunning beach - where we saw a bald eagle catch a fish! Hosts Ron and Jackie were exceptional, we hope to visit again :)

Amazing vacation!

We absolutely loved staying at Ron and Jackie's cottage. All of our interactions with them were timely, friendly and helpful. They are excellent hosts. The cottage was beautiful, clean and well equipped, located in the very desirable Cousin's Shore.

Amazing place

We loved everything about this rental. The house is comfortable and clean, and well thought out for our extended family to stay together. The view from the sunroom is the perfect way to wake up each morning, and i would highly recommend this cottage. Park Corner is a beautiful area on a beautiful island. Ron and Jackie were quick to answer questions, and they provided all of our essentials. Would love to come back someday!

Hurricane Dorion?

We love this location, property and the owners are great. Last year, our stay prompted us to book again this year. The location, views, beach cleanliness and sun porch really are fantastic for recharging. This year we arrived with what was left of hurricane Dorion (2019). We can truthfully say that the house is more than capable of sustaining 100+ km/hr winds. The owners were great, once again.

Very relaxing and well appointed cottage..

Overall this is a great option for folks who want to relax and enjoy a great view of the ocean and the small Cousins Shore cottage community. It's a very quiet location, a short 5 minute walk to a lovely beach. The community is generally a friendly one although we got the impression that some of the owning neighbors don't really like having renters around them. Regardless, this wasn't a problem as they could see we were respectful and quiet. It's more an observation than anything else. The cottage itself is well appointed, we didn't need for anything aside from our groceries. The larger deck is great, furniture is comfortable and the front sunroom is just wonderful, the best of the cottage's features. This is a very comfortable cottage (mattresses were fantastic) and I'd definitely recommend it.

Ron and Jackie have a lovely house in a great neighbourhood by a fantastic beach. They were very responsive hosts and the house was well equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful vacation.

Amazing vacation

Our first time in PEI and we could not have asked for a better stay. The cottage was beautiful and had everything you could ask for on site. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and very spacious. Views of the ocean were spectacular. Any questions I had were answered by the owner promptly. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Hoping to go back next year 10/10

Beach, lobsters and cozyness

The perfect getaway for all the family with the beach so close and the large grass area to play around. Many restaurants and activities around and a house perfect to rest.

Beautiful beach house in prime location

We thoroughly enjoyed the beach house with all its amenities and great walking distance to Cousins shore beach! The decks and screened in porch were wonderful to relax in! We would love to return to this property!

Lovely getaway

We enjoyed our time at the cottage. It was as advertised, well appointed, and very clean. The highlight was our daily walks on Cousins Beach. The sunroom was lovely for morning coffee and views of sunsets. Ron was extremely responsive to a minor plumbing issue, and it was fixed same day. If I had to offer any constructive criticism, I would recommend that the BBQ be replaced - the starter did not work, making it quite challenging to light (even with a BBQ lighter) and the heat shields were rusting through. Wifi was fast, and selection of channels on the TV was great for those rainy days. Overall, the cottage was comfortable and lovely, and made for a great post-lockdown vacation!

Great beach house

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was well equipped for dining at home and spending time on the beach--toys, chairs, etc. Cousin's Shore is a perfect beach especially for young children. We loved the sunroom for morning coffee and evening sunsets.

Quiet beach community...

The house is located in a quiet beach community. It was spotless when we arrived, and well-equipped. Although there are a number of other houses nearby, it is a very quiet area and we did not hear any of our neighbors at all. The best feature of the house is the enclosed front porch – a relaxing place to sit, read, or play a card game. Nearby Cousins Shore beach is truly wonderful. There were some other families there every time we went to the beach, however all were respectful of each other – no loud music playing. Our 8-year-old grandson especially enjoyed his beach time! While there, we visited Charlottetown, Cavendish, Avonlea Village, Summerside, other places. Everywhere we wanted to go was an easy drive from Park Corner.
