Located in the countryside less than 2 hours from PARIS, 20 minutes from ETRETAT, the proximity of the city FECAMP will offer you the opportunity to enjoy the city center (less than 5 minutes), its beach and the sea (10 minutes) as well as its brand new Fisheries Museum.

The complete and recent renovation has been carried out with care and quality, special attention has been paid to offer you a warm, bright and authentic atmosphere. The house facing south is built on a plot of 3000m².

This large capacity cottage can accommodate 11 people + 2 babies, it will allow you to have an area of 180 m2 on two levels. it consists of: a large living room dining room / living room with fireplace, a very large functional and friendly kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one with a single sink and a walk-in shower and the other including a double sink, a shower and a freestanding bath), 2 separate toilets, a sauna with capacity for 5 people.
