Bayside Townhouse Condo W/Boat Slip and Free Wi-fi

Bring your boat!! This lovely, two bedroom, three bath townhouse sits on one of the canals off of the Bay. It has a private boat slip to tie up your boat and two private parking spaces. This vacation home is just off 28th street and only a few short blocks from the beach and the Boardwalk.

The Master bedroom has a queen-size bed with ceiling fan and full bathroom. The second bedroom has 1 queen size bed and a trundle bed that converts to 2 additional twin-size beds with ceiling fan and full bathroom. Also, there is a queen-size sleep sofa in the Living room with ceiling fan. Thus the unit sleeps eight comfortably and will accommodate your whole family/group.

Please provide your own linens, towels and blankets for your stay or rent them from one of the rental center. Ocean City Beach & Linen Rentals at 410-524-7057

Beautiful Bayside Townhouse

We had a fantastic vacation. Everything was as described. The house was comfortable and had everything that we needed. The boat slip was a wonderful perk. It was easy to access and we were able to enjoy the boat everyday. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway

This property was in the perfect location for everything we wanted to go to. We were able to walk or drive. Beautiful deck in the back to hang out at night. Wonderful spot to be. Definitely will be booking next year!

O.C. Wedding

We were in the area for our son's wedding and were very impressed with this property. Everything was just as described in the listing. The property was within walking distance of the beach as well as the boardwalk but far enough out that we were not bothered by any noise. The property was very clean and the check in was very easy. We would definitely stay here again in we get back to the area

Amazing

The pictures don't do justice it's so much more beautiful in person.. It's quiet. Only a five min drive to the ocean so it was perfect. My son loved it and asked if he could stay forever. There is an amusement park down the block that's fun for all ages

Accurately described

Minus a slight difficulty with check in, which was a technical error not really at the fault of the renter, the experience was good. Although, we spent minimal time in the facility so many appliances and perks were left unused

Great place for a family or group of friends!

My friends and I stayed here in August. It was a great location between the bay, beach, and the bars. Overall, it was a clean and pretty large place. Also, the owner is very nice!

Nice and quiet

We had a great family vacation COVID style. The property was clean and well stocked with basics. Plenty of parking and space. It was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Convenient to plenty of OC activities.

Very nice experience! 100% as described.

Close to everything, quiet and friendly neighbors, dock is brand new, house is very, very clean, a/c was ice cold, near by amusement park but surprisingly quiet. We will be back next year!

Another great vacation

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. Newly upgraded hardwood floors in LR and new dock this year. This townhouse is perfect for us. The unit is very well maintained, clean and has all necessities for cooking if that is your choice. Location is great. All kinds of food and entertainment nearby. We bring our boat and it's a great location for fishing as well. Easy access to most of the reliable fishing spots in the bay. Actually caught 2 keepers this year! The owner is a dream to deal with and has always been very accommodating. We certainly plan on returning again next year.

Great Spot

My husband I recently stayed in this townhouse and it was great. Photos show exactly what you are getting. All the furnishings and appliances are in excellent condition. Townhouse was perfectly clean. The neighbors were wonderful. Having 2 parking spaces was great as we had room for our boat trailer. Great location, not only for land side entertainment, but great water location for fishing as well. Spent almost nothing on boat gas this trip! I was a bit concerned about noise from Jolly Rogers but I never heard a peep! Owner was very easy to deal with and extremely responsive to any questions. We've been renting townhouses in OC for the last several years and this is the first one to which we would return. Our trip this year was planned very last minute and the owner made that process very easy as well. If the size fits your needs, I would highly recommend this property and hope it will be available for our trip next year.

Perfect Home Away from Home

My family and I stayed here recently and had the best time. It was our first vacation to Ocean City and this was the perfect home away from home. The description and photos were spot on. The rental was clean and spacious. We have small children and being close (about 5 blocks) to the beach, amusement parks and restaurants made our week stay even better. Prior to arriving the owner was very helpful in helping to plan our trip and answered all our questions. We are looking forward to returning and would definitely recommend this rental to family and friends.

Best Summer Rental EVER

This was a really good rental, espcially for the price. It had a home away from home feel. It had so much space, and the house came with everything. The area was perfect right on 28th street in the heart of Ocean City Maryland. If I could I would do it all over again. I recommend this rental to so many people. It just was an experience, I would never forget. :]

This house was well maintained, it was very clean. My family and I enjoyed the stay at this house and will definitely stay there again. The house is located just a few blocks from the beach, therefore, it was convenient. The only thing I disliked was that there were no dish detergent and hand soap. Therefore if you go, just make sure you bring those items. This was our first time in Ocean City and we had tons of fun, thank you!
