This bedroom has a double bed. The high-end mattress measures 150 cm x 200 cm. Comfort and a good night’s sleep are guaranteed. Additionally, there is a safe in the closet for your valuables.<br><br>The second bedroom has two single beds and a built-in closet. There is a large window with soundproof glass.<br><br>The villa has two outdoor areas where you can enjoy the magnificent climate of the Canary Islands. In front of the living room is an outdoor dining area covered by a traditional-style white wooden pergola. The dining area and the terrace are connected by aluminum sliding doors. In addition, there is a large sun deck with artificial grass and a large tree. There are four lounge chairs and a beach umbrella. It’s the best spot in the house for sunbathing. There’s an outdoor shower, perfect for cooling off or rinsing off sand when you return from the beach.<br><br>The living-dining room is one of the best areas of the house. It is equipped with air conditioning. The TV is a 50-inch Samsung with Smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, Amazon, etc.). There are free-to-air international channels in various languages. In addition, some Spanish TV channels broadcast part of their content in English.<br><br>The bathroom has a white, walk-in shower with a large glass shower enclosure. There are shelves with glass racks for storing towels. Both the sink and the toilet are designer pieces from the Roca brand. A hair dryer is provided.<br><br>The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare any kind of meal. Small appliances and kitchen utensils are provided.<br><br>The house has an enclosed patio where you can do laundry and hang clothes to dry. There is a washing machine, an ironing set, and all necessary cleaning supplies are provided, including detergent and fabric softener.<br><br>Just a stone’s throw away are the beach and Matagorda Avenue. Beach towels are provided in the villa.<br><br>Right in front of the villa, there’s a small convenience store where you can buy bread, drinks, ice cream, foreign newspapers, and more.<br><br>We have a crib and high chair available upon request for families traveling with babies. Please mention this when booking.<br><br>We care about the environment just as much as you do, which is why the villa uses solar energy to heat domestic water. This way, we reduce energy consumption and work together to minimize pollution. Water is a very scarce resource in Lanzarote. Unlike other islands such as La Palma (Canary Islands), there are no natural water sources here. All fresh water is obtained by desalinating seawater through a process that consumes a great deal of energy. We encourage you to use water responsibly during your stay.
