This is a beautiful newly renovated waterfront 4 bedroom plus loft, 3.5 bath lake home on two levels with large private back yard leading directly down to the lake, complete with private dock, large deck areas for dining and entertainment, and private hot tub. The home is in Sooner Haven neighborhood which is a group of 12-14 homes in a large circular layout with great neighbors. This is across a cove from Longtown Estates, close to Number 9 Marina. The home lots are large and you won't see your neighbors unless you want to! However, if you need any help at all, or have boat trouble, you will have ample help close by.

Home Layout is as follows:
DOWNSTAIRS is Bedroom 1 (Master) with king bed, flat-screen HDTV with DirecTV, DVD, surround sound, Master bath with walk-in shower, dual vanities, walk-in closet, beautiful waterfront view, ceiling fan; Bedroom 2 with king bed, flat screen HDTV with DirecTV, beautiful waterfront view leading onto private deck in back yard, shared full bath; Bedroom 3 with queen bed and shared full bath; Open floor-plan large kitchen and living area, all newly renovated with exposed beams in ceiling, many large windows allowing expansive lake views, updated kitchen with large stove top, microwave, new large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, new dishwasher, abundant pantry/storage space, large flat screen HDTV with DirecTV, DVD, surround sound for entire kitchen/living area to enjoy, ceiling fan; huge outside deck with expansive waterfront views with your own treed, grassy, backyard leading directly down to lake and private dock to which you are welcome to tie up your boat. Home sits at end of quiet cove which is very wind and weather protected. New Bullfrog brominated 6 person hot tub off of large back patio; half bath off of kitchen; separate room with storage and washer/dryer.

UPSTAIRS: Bedroom 4 with king bed; flat screen HDTV with DirecTV and large closet, shared full bath (with loft) beautiful waterfront views, sliding door leading to your private upstairs deck; open loft with 2 daybeds, shared full bath; large private circular driveway which could accommodate 5 cars; Boat ramp is right around the corner, about 150 yards away.

We LOVED our stay! There were nine of us for this vacation.The house is the enough for everyone to have space. We spent a lot of time enjoying the beautiful view from the porch. We took our boat, so the dock was a huge bonus! We will definitely return for another stay! 10/10

Summer vacay

Property was clean, well organized, easy to locate. It was as outlined on VRBO plus more. Access to the lake to launch the boat was very convenient, able to use owners dock for docking boat overnite, lake and sandy beaches were very good. Loved the entire stay, will book again!

Great Family Lakehouse

We had a great time at Lake Eufala and loved the lakehouse as it was perfect for a family getaway. The weather was great and we were able to enjoy the outdoor deck and play games on the huge table on the deck. Thanks for sharing your great house!

A beautiful oasis on the lake

We really enjoyed this house on the water. The house had been recently renovated with a beautiful kitchen and master suite. The lake was a bit low when we were there but was still beautiful to wake up to. Lots of space for our big family to spread out. Would definitely recommend!

Best Vacation

Everyone in the family agreed this was by far the very best vacation ever. David's place is absolutely beautiful and accommodated everyone very comfortably. The kids had so much fun swimming around the dock and kayaking. Jellystone was less than 10 minutes away and was a great way to spend a day. The neighborhood was so pretty and quiet. It was all around a wonderful experience and we will most definitely be back!

Awesome Stay

This house has all the bells and whistles. Very well stocked and extremely clean. We enjoyed the fishing, boating and games on the patio. I really appreciated/loved the walk to the boat dock. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great place for large group

Our family of 12 really enjoyed our stay. Very well equipped, comfortable beds, large rooms and spread out enough that everyone isn't crowded together. Plenty of parking for several cars. Large table that seats 10 on covered patio was a great gathering place. Top notch.

Family lake weekend

Perfect location for our family. We had 6 adults and 6 kids with plenty of room. The kids all fit upstairs in their own area. It was great to have all those bathrooms too. The dock worked out perfect for our seadoos. Definitely recommend this place! Owner was easily accessible with any questions!

Another great stay at this place

This property is very conveniently located near the number nine area. Easy access to anything you need by boat or car. We enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be returning guests.

Amazing property!!

We were so lucky this property showed back up on the VRBO list when it did!! We were going to have to settle for something way over priced and definitely not as fitting for our group. The bedrooms were all good sized. The four bedrooms each had king beds and you could still move around the rooms. The 2 futons were full beds with a decent mattress, so not like sleeping on wood slats. The master was huge!! There were nice touches all around. Kitchen was stocked, griddle, crockpots, roaster. The only thing I did not find was a mixer, and we definitely made do. Even noticed the lack of spider/cobwebs, which are all over in Oklahoma. We really enjoyed the property, David was quick to answer & that was appreciated, too. GREAT HOUSE!!

Lake house retreat

Beautiful 5 bedroom lakeside house that is better than advertised. The covered large decks were perfect for evening games while the hot tub was steps away. The interior seems brand new with new appliances and fantastic views from all rooms. Definitely Going back !!

Great family get away

The property is set up with everything you need for a weekend at the lake. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities. The large covered back porch has a good view of the lake. The boat dock is just a short walk away, and makes lake access very easy. I have a 23 ft pontoon and was able to get in and out with no issue. We had a good time and will be repeat customers.

Great Place to bring Family together.

This house is very roomy with lots of beds. We had 3 separate families meet (2 from TX & 1 from MO / 9 people total) and had PLENTY of space and beds. We brought puzzles and games, but there were plenty there to enjoy also. We loved all of the outdoor games and the hot tub was an added plus. We brought all of our food and drinks, but there are places nearby in case anything is forgotten. It was also fun exploring the shops along the main road in town. David was very easy to get ahold of with any questions and was quick to respond. We would definitely stay again.

Just what we needed

Everything was as described. Beautiful location, and house. Boat docked worked out perfectly for bass boat. Would highly recommend to anyone, and may have to go back myself eventually.

I own 2 Colorado mountain properties which I have rented since 2008, so am not new to vacation rental ins and outs.
Guests deal directly with me (not a rental company) and I am very accessible

Beautiful lakefront lot bought in 2004. I did a major renovation in 2014 which turned out amazing and really opened up the living area and expanded the lake views and outdoor living space. It is a large but very livable home in which you will feel very comfortable. As a guest, you will deal directly with me, the owner. Previous guests universally love this home and write great reviews online and in my guest-book in the home.

Private Hot tub off of back porch with direct lake view. Large drive with abundant parking. Neighborhood boat launch right around the corner.
