Our home is just a 10 minute walk to the University of Oregon, Hayward Field, Matthew Knight Arena, Hendricks park, 10+ local eateries /pubs, a grocery store, and quirky Hirons drug (and more!) store.

This lovely, well-maintained home has three bedrooms. There is a heat pump that keeps you cool in the summer and cozy in the cooler months. The main floor master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and sliding door opening to the deck/backyard. The bathroom is remodeled with double sinks, step in shower with subway tiles, and heated floor. In the cozy upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed, and the other small bedroom has one twin beds. There is also a convenient half bath upstairs.
The updated main floor has a spacious open concept living room/eat in kitchen that features hardwood floors. Whether you like to cook or simply have morning coffee, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. For a quiet space enjoy the front sitting room with a special kids nook and piano.
After a day of adventures, relax outside among the tall trees. You can enjoy dining in the private backyard featuring a flagstone patio. Depending on the season, you are welcome to pick blueberries, pears or apples.
Our home is on a quiet tree-lined street in a premiere residential neighborhood. There are plenty of walking, biking, and hiking opportunities. We are located just below Hendricks Park and the Rhododendron garden. There is easy access to the Willamette River paths, Laurelwood golf course, Pre’s running trail, and Alton Baker Park. You can join the duck football fans walking from campus to Autzen Stadium. The EmX bus stop is a short walk to Franklin Boulevard and is an easy way to get downtown or the Saturday Market.
This university neighborhood is a limited parking district, however our driveway gives you the convenience of 2-3 free off street parking places (depending on the size of the vehicles).
