Beautiful Private 1 Bed Suite sleeps 2

Lovely bright one bedroom private Suite contains a full granite kitchen with comfortable lounge with a large sofa and a large flat screen TV and a dining area/work desk with wireless wifi. The suite is fully furnished and has a stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle etc and with a fridge/freezer that makes it feel like home. Basic toiletries and are there and if there is anything you have forgotten just ask! The self-contained suite is available for both short term and longer term let. Newly installed granite kitchen and bathroom worktops.
We also have another suite next door that sleeps 2 on a queen bed. Ask for details.
Free parking is available on-street. No driveway parking.
Stays longer than one week can have the suite cleaned for free including new bedding and towels and personal washing done. Just contact me if any new towels or bedding is required before that and I will happily accommodate.
If you need to call me before you book please call Seven Seven Eight - Eight Seven Eight - Five Zero One Seven.45 mins to three ski hills and 30 mins to the North Shore beaches. Beautiful suite with access to Highway 1 and Highway 17 in 2 mins. Also only 35 mins to Downtown Vancouver.
Shops and restaurants are plentiful in Walnut Grove and Fort Langley all only 10/15 mins away.

Excellent host and accommodations

My daughter and I had a great stay, the suite was clean, comfortable, and private. Our host offered to pick up groceries as we were checking in late and that was much appreciated. I highly recommend this rental, it was perfect for two people.

A wonderful stay!!!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this property. Bed was very comfortable. Lisa was a very helpful hostess. It is very close and convenient to the highway. I would highly recommend a stay here.

A perfect stay

Very clean and just lovely. Had a great stay. Close to fort Langley and we spent the day there. Excellent value and close to everything we wanted to do. Thanks for a great little mini vacation. We will be back

Lovely Host and Suite in Surrey

In visiting for the Thunderbird Horse Show from California, Lisa made my stay a dream get away. Her extra efforts to welcome me were exceptional, coupled with the cleanliness of the suite, the extra amenities, the location, and inviting price, I certainly recommend Lisa’s suite. Can't go wrong.

We chose this property because of the proximity to family we were visiting. We are glad we did. The host Lisa is very warm and gracious and a pleasure to talk to. The room had everything we needed and is very comfortable. If you are tired of hotels and want to stay somewhere that feels like home, look no further.

This basement suite was ideal for our purpose.

We came to Surrey for our granddaughter's wedding and needed a place to sleep. The place Lisa offered us was perfect. Both Lisa and her daughter were helpful when we needed answers. The suite was cozy and nicely decorated, with everything you need. Even though we did not do any cooking, the kitchen was well stocked with pans, pots silverware, utensils and condiments. The place was very clean and location was very convince to major access roads. While parking was a bit of a challenge at times, Lisa allowed us to stay on her driveway sometimes, even though she needed access to both sides of it. Normally, we would stay at our son's house, but we would return to this location any time our son has a full house. Lisa, you have been a great host, thanks for letting us stay in your house!

Great little place.

This place was perfect for what I needed. So much nicer then staying in a hotel. Having a kitchen and space to myself that feels like home is great when you are traveling. The hosts were friendly and great at communicating. Honestly what more can you ask from a place.

Excellent location and very clean

Great location! Very clean! Private and the suite was stocked with a lot of amenities. Check in was easy and the owner was very accommodating with an earlier check in time. Parking on the street was a bit of a challenge but Lisa was very accomodating by allowing us to park on her driveway. Would stay here again.

Great location for our needs

Lisa was such an awesome host. Lisa shared with us her advice on places to eat and how to make the best of our short trip. The suite was spacious enough to fit our family needs comfortably. There is a small dresser and decent sized closet to help you settle in and not "stay in your suitcase" . The kitchen area had everything you could need if you planned on cooking there. There are trains that pass by, but we weren't too bothered by them, as we stayed out most of our stay.

Nice place

This was a great little place. Not very big but very nice. Separate bedroom which was nice with our 2 boys but was very cramped with the pull out sofa bed. Very clean and nice area. This is in the basement and you can hear the family walking around and water running. Otherwise it's a nice place and out of the way. We got in very late and we were given the code so we didn't have to bother the home owner.

Clean wonderful place to stay

We love staying here and its our go to place in Surrey. Its clean, quiet, spacious and the owners are wonderful. Its just a great place.

Very cozy and comfortable home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay at this Vacation home for 5 nights. The home was very clean and we almost had our own backyard. The beds were very comfortable and it definitely felt like home away from home. Our kids loved playing at the Foosball table. Lisa was very welcoming and gave us very useful tips about traffic and places to visit. She was always very responsive and helped us with things that we missed such as soap etc.. There is no dishwasher which made it a little difficult. We had to cleanup all dishes by hand. This is the back portion of a detached house so you have their family living upstairs/front. But you felt secluded as they rarely come into the backyard. There was one Friday night which was a little noisy with people talking until like midnight. The other nights were ok with occasional walking/TV sounds upstairs. Overall it was a very soothing stay and we highly recommend this place.

Nice & Clean Unit. Parking is luck, far from downtown & train noise

Property/Host: (5 star) Clean & comfortable. Host kept few fruits, milk & bread before our arrival. We loved the unit. Parking: (1 star) As listed, parking in on street. What not listed is parking is limited and just cannot park on both side of street. Seems like the whole neighbourhood park out on street and use garage for storage. If unlucky (like me) you will be walking 2 blocks to park your car. I parked outside along the main road as could not find any spot. It can rain any day, so make sure you an umbrella. I did not had one and had to ran to car in rain. Connectivity: (2 star) If purpose of your trip is to go around Vancouver, this place is far from attractions. Most of the attractions are near downtown area. Expect 40~50min driving or longer depending on what time during the day. If you are willing to pay $7 everyday, you will save 10~15min each way. Which I ended up doing. Train Noise: Train line goes right behind this property. There is major loading/unloading area nearby. Train carrying goods pass during night and blow loud horn. Make sure you are a sound sleeper.

Best stay ever

This was by far the best short rental apartment I ever had. The owners, and especially the landlady, are very lovely, friendly and helpful in every way. At the same time you can enjoy the required privacy. The apartment is spotless clean and comfortable. I highly recommend to stay at this apartment and I definitely would come back again.
