On the ground floor you will find a large living-dining room with fireplace 🔥 and bar area 🍹, a fully equipped kitchen 🍳 and three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with bunk beds 🛌), plus a complete bathroom ideal for families or groups. On the upper floor you will find two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with shower 🚿 and a large terrace to enjoy the views of the Guadalhorce Valley 🌅 and the outdoors.



The outdoor spaces will enchant you: private pool 🏊‍♂️, garden with lawn 🌿, porch, barbecue area with summer kitchen 🍖 and outdoor dining area with tables, chairs and sun loungers to relax in the sun ☀️. The little ones will enjoy the children's play area equipped with swings and basketball hoop 🎠🏀. You also have covered parking 🚗 for your convenience and security.



The house is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, heating via electric radiators for stays at any time of year, and internet access so you don't disconnect completely. In the kitchen you will find everything you need: fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. It also includes television for your leisure time.
