Conveniently located minutes from Soldotna and the Kenai River. We offer "condominium" style lodging tucked away in a quiet natural forest setting. The suite includes a full kitchen, tub/shower bathrooms, extra long twin or king beds, and spacious living area with Direct TV and Wi-Fi. You can choose to prepare your own meals or dine out at one of the many fine restaurants found throughout the area. Spend your evenings around the campfire sharing your fish stories and roasting a marshmallow, or bring home the daily catch and use our bbq grills to cook it to perfection. Coin operated laundry facilities are on site and housekeeping is provided. Spruce Haven Lodge is the perfect location for families, groups or individuals who like to do things "their own way."

4 guys (50+) on their dream fishing trip. This was a great place with everything they needed and a beautiful setting. They even got to see a moose just up the road. Thank you!

Very clean, easy entry into building, laundry facilities on site, however coin operated machines without a change machine was a little challenging, getting coins in town was not easy.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay here. Quiet setting and a great place to relax. Only drawback was the people above our unit. We heard lots of chairs scraping the floor and things moving around early in the morning. Not sure what was up. Overall though, great place and would definitely come back again! We felt very welcome and appreciated!

Loved it!

Perfect for my family of 4. Clean, comfortable living room, well-equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms, plenty of towels, parking right outside the door. Only glitch was the code we were sent didn't work, but other guests were present, and were able to tell us what the problem was, so problem solved! We would happily stay there again..

Cute Alaskan Themed Stay!

This is the place to stay while in the kenai/Soldotna area. Quiet, cute, Alaskan themed apartment was warm, cozy, and so clean. So much better than staying at hotel! The owners are also so friendly and very accommodating. We’ll definitely be back!

Clean and spacious

When the door code did not work, the manager gave us a code that worked. The apartment had a nice berry smell to it. Every room was clean. There was ample lighting and outlets for charging our phones. The kitchen was fully equipped plus there was some snacks and coffee. The master bedroom had a king size bed. The bathroom had a night light, Q-tips, floss picks, and a blow drier. On the downside, we could hear the people in the unit upstairs. I am certain it was a young child running and jumping. But once 11pm hit, they were pretty quiet.

Great Place!!

It was quiet, very clean, and everything worked. The beds were very comfortable. The location, I thought, was perfect.....fairly close to town and not too close to any neighbors. The grill had a full propane tank and the fire pit was stocked with wood. I would absolutely stay here again!!

Quiet lodge with private rooms.

Condo was very nice!

Loved the condo and it's location. had everything that we needed for the 2 days we were there. Beds were comfortable. The only downside is that you can hear everything from the condo above you. The family was very noisy and it seemed the walls were very thin. You could hear the chairs being pushed across the floor, the loud footsteps and even at times their voices. It would be nice if families were placed on the bottom floor to eliminate some of the noise.

Awesome!

Spruce Haven was as advertised. The condo was much nicer than I expected, clean and well maintained. I spoke to Ginger/owner to ask some questions and she was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property. The property was very convenient for us since we were fishing the Kenai and close to Soldotna for restaurants and groceries.

Clean, comfortable and roomy

Stayed with friends from out of state and had plenty of room to enjoy each other's company. Full kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, especially with stores few miles away. Thank you for an enjoyable time.

Quiet and peaceful setting. Owner was very genuine and wonderful. Lodge was very clean.

Stayed here for 9 days. Wonderful and very clean lodge. Highly recommend this lodge for anyone that wants to be able to relax and enjoy Alaska. Located just outside of the city of Soblotna but in the country enough to be able to be in the peace and quiet. We were able to enjoy the fire pit every night. Ginger was very accommodating and a wonderful person to talk to. Thanks for all the great memories Ginger. Will definitely tell everyone to stay here when they want a great place to be.

Great Lodge in Soldotna!

We just recently stayed at the Spruce Haven Lodge from Jun14-19th. The owners Glenn and Ginger are wonderful and very accommodating. The units are all nicely decorated with all the amenities you need Direct TV, WIFI, Fire Pit, and a fully stocked kitchen. It is very close to Fred Meyers where you can quickly run into town for food or anything you might forget! I would highly recommend staying here is great for families as it was my wife and three kids. If you are looking for a great place to stay for a reasonable budget this is your place you won't be disappointed. Thanks again and look forward to seeing you on our next trip to AK.
