Daughter mom trip.

This property was amazing . It was spotless on arrival kitchen was stocked for cooking .The view from our patio was amazing beautiful view of water for miles .Thank you we had a amazing trip because the accuracy of this property being just as posted there was also free things that were included we didn't get chance to do but really thought that was incredible to be available for the renter .

Perfect

Check-in issue, phone call it and the power went out in the building (no storm, unknown reason) so we had to take the stairs up with a baby and all our things. Perfect location and condo otherwise, would definitely stay again.

Great condo

We have stayed at Regency Towers several times and this has been my favorite unit so far. You can see from the pictures that the unit has been updated recently. It had everything we needed for our stay. We couldn’t get the tv in the guest bedroom to work but this did not affect our stay. We still had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this unit again.

Good place/

We enjoyed our stay and are considering returning here for the summer. A few things we noticed when we arrived , which were minor in terms of cleanliness but a little inconvenient were that there were hairs on bathroom counters that didn’t belong to us. There was also food still stuck to pans. The drawers in which the utensils were kept were dirty. In the room with a king bed, I would suggest placing a bench or something to keep luggage off of the floor, maybe in the closet. All snacks/unprepared non perishable items were to be kept on the bar/middle island in the condo as there was no pantry space to put it away. Overall, we enjoyed the space and our stay. There were many great features to boast about. It was peaceful, and making more memories with my family is always enjoyable. Thank you for sharing your space with us.

Okay, overpriced

The building is older. The unit is in okay shape. It had new living room furniture but uncomfortable. The master bedroom needed a new matress and pillows. The matress was worn out and did not sleep well at all. You would wake up still tired and your body would ache from the worn out matress. For over $600 for 3 nights, I would not stay again. The unit was just uncomfortable....besides that, the location was one of the quiter areas of pcb, which was great. The blue padded pool chairs and umbrellas were nice. Staff was friendly and bikini bobs restaurant/bar between the pools was priced fair and the food there was great . The unit just needs updating to make your stay worth the price.

Parking Nightmare

The unit was very nice and comfortable and looked just. like the photos. Master bedroom bed was huge! But there were only 3 hangers in the closet, and there was a mattress and cabinet in the closet, making it difficult to use. The trash in the second bedroom handout been emptied when we arrived and, overall, the floors were not clean. They had been swept but each evening I had to wash my feet before getting into bed if I walked barefoot in the condo. This was not sand - it was dirt. The most frustrating and disappointing issue was that there was not a parking space available 2 nights in a row. I realize this was a peek week, being July 4th, but that really is no excuse. Many of the guests were forced to circle the parking lot on and on seeking a space. I finally asked the security guard what I should do and he said he was as frustrated as we were and was about to call the General Manager for help. I ended up parking off property on a side street and had to walk back to the condo. Alone, as I had let my kids out on property. This really is unacceptable. For the money charged for this condo I expect a safe, secure parking area. I believe many of the condos had people in them with 2 cars and there are not enough spaces for that. Every renter should be guaranteed one parking space. Based on that experience I do not think I would stay at Regency Towers again.

The room was great, very clean and beautiful, plenty of towels/bedding and kitchen implements.

Totally GREAT! Loved that it was gated, clean pools, great view of the ocean. Only negative was the elevator having issues.
