Pretty cabin in beautiful gardens with wood stove & Nordic spa hot-tub/jacuzzi.

Situated on the edge of a private woodland is ‘Le Petit Hibou’ (Little Owl) cabin. This peaceful, cosy place sits amongst the trees in a beautiful garden. With super-king bed, ensuite shower & toilet, small kitchen, wood-burning stove and exclusive-use wood-fired Scandinavian hot tub, the cabin is perfect for sunbathing or star gazing. Within ten minutes of Saint Antonin Noble Val on the Gorges d'Aveyron with great architecture, river views, bars, cafes, restaurants and adventure sports - there's lots to see and do.

The cabin is perfectly located for exploring by car, on foot or bike, three beautiful regions of southern France: the Tarn, the Tarn et Garonne and the Aveyron. It's the ideal summer retreat for two but we can cater for an infant or small child too.

The Cabin
The cabin nestles under oak and walnut trees. It has a large covered deck overlooking the garden – perfect for wildlife watching, lazing in the sun and eating al fresco.

Le Petit Hibou has been simply decorated with a collection of recycled furniture made from old items from the original farm. Inside there is a small kitchen with electric hob, counter-top oven, kettle, sink and fridge/freezer, a seating area with wood-burning stove, a super-king bed and ensuite shower room.

There are lots of books to read, and a media player and DVDs for you to use.

The natural Scandinavian hot tub / jacuzzi will be a highlight of your stay and especially during the evenings when you can use it to cool off, relax and view the stars. Please note, it is a natural hot tub using no chemicals and so the water is refilled and fresh for each set of new guests.

Access to the property is along a private road where there is parking available. Once on site, guests can enjoy the gardens, our private woodland and the surrounding countryside from the doorstep.

We live on-site but the cabin is in a quiet corner of our large garden and is shielded from our building by trees and shrubs. Its so disconnected from the house that there is no Wifi but we receive a good 3G and 4G signal.

What a find!! We really had an amazing few days at this fantastic property in this very special corner of France. Le Petit Hibou was just what we needed to get away from it all-being in the middle of the countryside, though still very easy to get to from Toulouse airport and also close to a village for shops etc. Our hosts were professional and personable in equal measure and really did make us feel welcome and at home. Already looking at dates to go back

Fabulous holiday! We stayed in the cabin - Lovely accommodation decorated beautifully. It has all modern facilities you could need, including the amazing hot tub!!
We visited Saint Antonin and Najac for the night market, both are a short drive away. Thank you - we will definitely be back!!

We spent a brilliant week at Le Petit Hibou over Easter. We stayed in the cabin and visited a few of the local towns and markets Saint Antonin and Cordes being particular highlights! The cabin occupies a great location not far from local amenities but surrounded by uninterrupted views. It is decorated to a very high standard with all practical needs provided for and some brilliant touches, highlights including the massive super king bed and the hot tub which provided a great way to finish an evening with a glass of local wine! The hosts were knowledgable and helpful and always on hand when needed, going the extra mile for us at times, massive thanks for making us so welcome
