Whether it is Vacation or Business you will find this 3 bedroom/2 bath unit in Marbella del Caribe West to be an excellent choice, offering an enjoyable stay, with direct access to the best beach in Isla Verde. Enter into the living/dining area with the ocean front balcony, next you have the kitchen equipped with an open counter where you can continue enjoying that view, stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a full on suite, 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, 3rd bedroom with 2 twin size beds, second full bathroom is in the hallway by the bedrooms. Flat screen TV in living room area with Wi-Fi internet and one TV in each bedroom.
The building is centrally located offering 24 hour security, assigned under ground parking to the unit, coin laundry facility in Lobby area, in common area you have BBQ grills, gazebo, exercise bikes, playground, pool, basketball and tennis courts. It is only about 5 minutes by car from the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, accessible public transportation to the Old City and the rest of San Juan Metro area. Nearby there are 24 Hours supermarkets, one block away a 24/7 CVS Pharmacy and a 24/7 Walgreens Pharmacy right across the street on Isla Verde Avenue. In walking distance to mayor hotels such as, Intercontinental Hotel, El San Juan Hotel, The Embassy Suites, The Ritz Carlton, Marriot Courtyard - where you can enjoy fine dining, music and casinos, local restaurants offering Puerto Rican cuisine and for that quick bite, well known fast food restaurants.
You will find everything at hand to make that home away from home enjoyable and relaxing and also prefect for business travelers.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was just as described; clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Check-in was easy, and the host was very responsive and welcoming. Everything we needed was provided, and it made our trip to Puerto Rico even more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting!

Beautiful beach view, easy access, secure location. Extra towels and supplies for the beach. Food at local restaurants was outstanding.Smoke detectors were found in a drawer none were found on the ceiling.We had 6 adults and 1 toddler. There was not complete set of dinnerware, glasses or coffee mugs. We had to wash dishes so everyone had coffee. It would be nice to have a plastic set for young children. We had to use the bath hand towels, since no kitchen towels were anywhere to be found.We loved the condo, but it needs some things to make it an easier family friendly stay for a family of 6 toddler.

There were lots of positives about this condo: beach view was amazing, furniture and beds comfy, great beach with no rocks, plenty of space for a family of 4, numerous restaurants within walking distance, underground and secure parking, Alma was responsive and prompt and it was very close to San Juan and the airport. Some things others should know before staying include: This is a 9th floor unit with the 3 bedroom windows all facing the street so the noise at night was very loud as well as early in the morning. At first glance, the unit appeared somewhat clean, but it really needs a deep cleaning (air filter, bathroom filters, grout, floors, inside cabinets, crevices and stovetop) We bought our own supplies. We also packed our own plug-ins and air fresheners. Since it is an older unit, there is a musty odor--not a dealbreaker, just be prepared in advance. While there are bath towels, if you use washcloths, plan to bring your own. The hallway on the 9th floor has a few marijuana users so you get quite the scent walking the hallway. The dryer doesn't work in the washer/dryer combo so finding a way to dry the small loads we did proved a bit difficult. Despite some items that need attention and the noise, we still really enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The chairs in the picture are different than what's actually there, but the view and sound of the ocean were AMAZING!!! Great rental for those looking to be near the action and the beach with lots of space!

Dream location right on the beach!

This condo was everything I hoped for and more the pictures truly don’t do it justice. Literally right on the beach walking distance from all convenience stores five minutes from the airport and five minutes from the famous La Placita. I had an incredible time and I would definitely stay here again when I come back!!!

Spring break

The location is great and views are beautiful. Beds, bath, and furn clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. Huge closet. It could use a deep clean like dust under beds, vents, etc before guest arrive. I would definitely stay again!

Beach view was nice. Apartment itself was clean but the building the apartment was in and the entire area the building was located in was run down and trashy. If you want to go to Old San Juan or any of the beaches for snorkeling or the Yunca rainforest you will have to have long drives/ubers. The apartment was clean but bring your own everything. No trashbags, no paper towels, 2 bowls, 3 plates, etc. I would not recommend you use the washer/dryer as it can only take a few items of clothing at a time, has about a 6 hour long cycle, and somehow things come out smelling worse when they come out than when they went in. Overall a decent apartment but really not convenient to anything and you are very much on your own to figure everything out, lots of transportation needed, and find food/drink/and supplies in a kind of run down and scary neighborhood. We would probably not choose to stay in Isla Verde again.

Beautiful view and great value

The view and location of this property are amazing! It is right on the beach and there are a lot of great restaurants near by. Only about 5-7 min from the airport. I think the value of property is good for what you get. We had a few small issues, but we overall enjoyed the property.

Wonderful location and beautiful property

You just can’t beat the Oceanview and ACCESS to the beach. The rooms were all comfortable and a beautiful kitchen. it could use some condiments like salt and pepper, and also washcloth in the bathroom, but otherwise it was lovely

Beautiful Views of the Beach

Great location! Close to everything and the beach is right behind the building and easy to get to. The place was nicely kept and clean. Very spacious so it accommodated all of us nicely. The host Alma responded to us quickly and was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely consider staying there again.

Fun in Isla Verde

Property is as advertised, on beach and close to local eateries and shops. The building is well maintained and a small issue with the shower was quickly taken care of. We were able to rent a car from Charlie Car rental, which is right across the street. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Puerto Rican Oasis

The rental is really nice and well equipped. It would have been nice, if the check-in process had been more streamlined and less confusing/stressful it would’ve been nice. The property is well maintained and extremely convenient to most things to do in SJU. I would absolutely recommend this rental and absolutely would stay again.

Amazing view and great location!

The view from this condo is so beautiful, the space is wonderful, and we had everything we needed for an awesome vacation. The location is perfect...right on the beach and in walking distance to anything you might need. The owners were incredibly helpful and there is such a variety of things to do in San Juan...explore the rainforest, visit Old San Juan, eat delicious food, enjoy the nightlife...we had an amazing time! Thank you so much!

Great place

Our stay was great! The apartment is located in the heart of isla verde with accessibility to all major highways. The AC in this place was great especially after coming in from the puertorican humidity. Little loud at night because a 24hr pizza place is across the street. However, great location and plenty of great restaurants in the area. Thank you the host. Would definitely stay here again!

Our visit to San Juan

Beautiful beach and view from our condo. Overall, a very nice stay. Just little things in the condo could be upgraded like coffee pot, sheets, light bulbs (none in the dining room worked) shower fixtures didn't work, low water pressure and only one person could take a shower at a time.

Great location and view

The condo location is great with everything you need close by. The view is fantastic. Check in could be explained a little more clear. The unit is a little dated but so are most in San Juan. The condo was large and comfortable. Keep in mind being close to everything means you are close to bars who can sometimes be loud way past 4 in the morning. We would stay again.

Fabulous Time

This was a roomy condo with plenty of room for the three of us to spread out. The location is walking distance to many restaurants and of course, the beach. Air conditioning works fine, but was not needed every evening. Wi-Fi was very strong and the large TV and couch gave us plenty of room. Would stay at this location again!

Family trip to celebrate graduations

The property was clean, roomy and perfect size for our group of 6. Better communication regarding how to checkin would have helped reduce the amount of time it took To checkin. Apartment had views of beach and street side. In addition there was no outlet in the master bathroom and We didn’t have a dish rag or sponge to wash dishes so we had to buy some wash cloths. Overall minor inconveniences and would stay here again.
