PRESENTATION

Chalet of 31 m2, completely renovated, with a private parking space and a fenced garden of 150 m2, in the residence "les moussaillons" (entirely pedestrian).
You will have access to the leisure area of Les Moussaillons residence with pool, bar, snack, pizza, laundry, bike rental, bread and pastries ... (from June 15 to September 15)

SITUATION

300 m from the port, shops, restaurants, and Lake Hourtin (supervised beach) 100 m from the Ile aux enfants (10 hectares dedicated to children).

For lovers of waves and surfing, the ocean beaches are 10 km away

Hourtin village is 2 km (local shops, seasonal market, restaurants, beautician, hairdresser ...). If you wish, you can access it by the bike path.

Nearby, you will also find Lacanau, the Bassin d'Arcachon, the tip of Grave Le Verdon (with the possibility of taking the ferry for Royan), Pauillac and the great Medieval castles, Bordeaux, the dune of Pyla and many others places not to be missed.

- 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed (a fireside chair available for an extra bed)

You can indulge in idleness on a wooden terrace of more than 20 m2 on a closed garden of 150m2 (does not overlook the paths) ... while your children will enjoy the swing / slide swing.

Garden furniture, parasol and plancha will be at your disposal.

Swimming lake (beach monitored in season), ocean and many water sports (sailing, kite, pedalo, boat rental, catamaran, surf ...), fishing, cycling and hiking, equestrian center, skate park ...
The island for children with many free games (castle, slides, swings).
Outdoor market three mornings a week downtown and night market every Friday at the harbor.
