Stylish 2-bed Apartment Near Rhodes Old Town

Apartment 1A is a stylish two-bed apartment, located on the ground floor of a traditional family house in Agion Anargiron, a quiet residential neighbourhood just seven minutes walk from the Old Town and very close to Rhodes city!

Our apartment has recently been renovated to a high standard and is fully equipped for your holiday. It’s perfect for couples, solo travellers, and families with older children.

The Space:

Apartment 1A is a self-contained two-bed property with a spacious outdoor patio, which sleeps up to five people.

There are two bedrooms. The rear bedroom contains a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and has patio doors leading to the back yard. The front bedroom contains two single beds, a pair of wardrobes, and drawers. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning units to keep you cool during our hot summers and wall-mounted televisions.

The main living space is open plan with a comfortable sofa that opens to a third bed, a wall-mounted TV with cable, and air-conditioning unit. There’s a dining table and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, and two types of coffee machine. There’s also a range of pots and pans, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, juicer, as well as the usual kitchen stuff. We provide salt, pepper, some basic herbs, and tea and coffee for your arrival.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, and we provide shower gel and shampoo for your convenience. We also provide a hairdryer. There is a washing machine in the hall and clothes dryer in the back yard.

The back yard is comfortably equipped with easy chairs for lounging, and a table and chairs for outdoor meals.

Things to Note:

We provide bed linen and towels for the house, although we ask you to bring your own towels to take to the beach. There’s a wifi router in the house with reliable speeds of 8mbps (which is good for Rhodes!). All the doors and windows have mosquito nets and we provide a mosquito plugin for each bedroom.
The house is equipped with smoke alarms, emergency lighting and a first-aid kit.
No smoking in the property please, although you can smoke outside. No parties or events.
