Views and privacy unlike any other Lake Hamilton property! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is nestled in nature sitting on 15 wooded acres with 825' of lake frontage on beautiful Lake Hamilton's main channel. The house includes a beautiful wraparound deck with sunken hot tub, stationary single slip boat house with swim platform, a hillside gazebo and two kayaks. Relax and enjoy the commanding views of the lake, nature, and boaters. The property is sloped to the lake with steps leading to the gazebo and then continuing on to the dock. Beautiful granite boulders naturally landscape closer to the waters edge and gives the feeling of being inside of one of Hot Springs scenic National Parks!

You're NOT going to find this kind of privacy, scenic beauty, improvements, main channel lake frontage, and acreage anywhere else on Lake Hamilton. Located off Timberlake Road between highways 70w and 270w, approximately 12 minutes from Lake Hamilton School. Perfect for a family vacation, romantic getaway, or even a girl's weekend. If you're looking for ultimate privacy, beautiful scenery and wildlife with acreage on Lake Hamilton, this is your place!

**Please note that the dock is located about 200 feet downhill from the house. The slope is rather steep and may be unsuitable for small children or the elderly.

We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay here. As others have stated, the cabin has everything you could possibly need for your stay and was very nice both inside and out. The views were wonderful and we are ready to book another stay soon!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was our first time visiting Hot Springs and we will definitely be returning soon. The cabin was great. It was cozy and comfy and perfectly secluded about 20-25 minutes from Bathhouse Row. The hot tub was great and the property on the lake was beautiful. We had to contact the owners for a minor issue and they were very responsive and friendly. 10s!

Delightfully Cozy and Secluded

This is a great place remote, lots of trees and wildlife seen a total of 10 deer during or stay. Hot tub was great, and the owner left snacks thanks Mrs. Kim. We love this house

Secluded and Quiet

We had a great stay. The area is beautiful. The hosts made the hot tub and kayaks available to us as part of the stay. There are games and fishing gear there as well. The kitchen supplies are well stocked. It’s a smaller cabin. We had our 4 kids sharing the large beds and we took the master. The way down to the boat dock is very steep so it would be harder for some to make the trek down and back up. The host was quick and responsive to questions. It’s an easy distance to downtown Hot Springs and other Parks.

Great stay on the water

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay. The location is peaceful and the house fit our needs perfectly. We loved eating meals on the deck and the kids loved fishing off the dock. The fire pit area was great as well.

Awesome, cozy, and fully stocked

The pictures don’t do this place justice. My family and I enjoyed the stay. The cabin is so cozy and quaint. I have never seen so many towels stocked! The place was cleaned to perfection! We loved it! We will definitely be back !

Great cabin in a quiet area

The cabin is great. Everything is well maintained. The location is perfect. It is about a 30 minute drive to downtown Hot Springs making it easily accessible. It is very peaceful and quiet at the cabin which made it great for relaxing. I definitely recommend this cabin and hope to visit it again soon.

Wonderful Lake Cabin Experience

We took a weekend getaway to Hot Springs and enjoyed this cabin so much. Perfect mornings on the deck with a cup of coffee and fishing off the deck in the evenings.

Great Private Getaway

This was a beautiful private cabin. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The back deck was amazing with a wonderful view. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Will definitely check to see if this house is available the next time I plan a trip to Hot Springs!
