Bright and quiet three-room apartment of 70 square meters with 4/6 beds, cots for children on request for weekly stays on the ground floor of a villa with garden and games for children. The apartment is 8/10 minutes walk from the sea and is located in an elegant district of Rimini Miramare in the immediate vicinity of Rimini Terme.
In the surroundings we have all kinds of conveniences: supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, post office and we are bordering on the Spina Verde park which includes in its play area, the possibility of jogging and a dog walking area.
The property is fully furnished with a real multi-equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, coffee machine.
Tv and wifi free.
Bed linen and towels on request.
Small-sized animals are accepted as long as they are polite (there is a surcharge on the final cleaning cost).
Upon request, beach agreement with umbrella and 2 beds and bike rental service.
Price intended per week and with utilities for 3/4 people, an increase of 15% overall is expected in the central weeks of August.
