We have 2 adjacent units for family and friends who want to stay together. This unit is fully furnished, functional and beautifully decorated. The building lobby and service are like a 5-star hotel.

The location of this condo is really unbeatable. Itā€™s walking distance to the mall & lots of dining options nearby. We did a bit of inter-island flying and this condo being close to the airport made a big difference commuting wise. The property owner Glen was very friendly and accommodating. He delivered & installed a washing machine to our unit so we can do our laundry within the unit. The unit needs some updating/ renovation but the convenience of being close to the mall & airport far outweighs other imperfections.

I booked this unit for my in-laws during their visit in Manila. This property was clean and quiet. It was a very smooth and easy checked in and out. My in-laws loved the property, however, swimming pool and the gym were not accessible as it was described as part of the amenities. They do not mind paying for whatever fee needed to use the swimming pool or the gym, but the guard informed them that it was only for the owner of the units and not the people checked in. Therefore, the gym and pool should be removed from amenities section in the website. My brother in-law was very disappointed. I wished I knew about this ahead of time. I booked one of the unit in different Residence prior to this one and owned by the same individual and was able to use the amenities described in the website with fees. I do not know the difference between the two residences, but I hope this can be fix. If some amenities are not for the people checked in, then it should not be included under amenities because then it will be misleading. Overall, my in-laws loved this unit because of its cleanliness. I will definitely book this again sometimes in the future.

Great Location and Property

We stayed 8 days at the property and enjoyed our stay. The check-in process went smoothly, even though it was midnight! We just had one issue with the water heater and it was attended to immediately. It was an easy fix, the temperature knob had been turned to its lowest setting. The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to the Mall of Asia (less than 15 minutes) and there are other malls nearby. Plenty of restaurant choices within the malls and stand alone ones as well. Check out was a breeze, we just left the keys in the unit and headed to the airport. I definitely recommend this property. Keith

The condo with one bedroom was perfect for my wife and I. The bed was very comfortable. The views from the balcony were a plus. Just a short walk across MOA. Even though there was a minor AC issue, Glenn decided to transfer us to another similar unit next door and the rhythm of our life were back. He was very helpful and great from start to finish. My wife and I will treasure many memories from our stay. We hope to be back in the future!

Amazing location

The location was perfect for me and my 8 year old. Close to MOA. Unfortunately we didnā€™t use the pool due to the rain. The condo was well equipped and bedding was clean and fresh. Shows was constant and not over hot but hot enough for our white sling haha. I wouldnā€™t want to be bigger than I am as I wouldnā€™t have fit in the shower door. Not great for a big man!! Staff are amazing and so helpful. Ready to help. Over I would love to come back and stay again. Thank you so much

The room was clean. Close to the Mall of Asia so you could walk to many things. Good security. The pots and pans were not in very good condition. The bath towels had to be the worst I have ever come across. They would not dry you. The room manager would not swap them out for something else. Poor communication from room manager for key pickup and checkout. Had to pay extra for use of pool in residence. Think pool use should come with room rental. Description also indicated gym use available with my length of stay. This was not true.

I was born and raised (until 16 yrs old ) in Palawan (voted most beautiful island in the world), Philippines and now reside in California, USA. I am a consultant/Project Manager for a big 500 company and have businesses in both Palawan and Manila so I have dedicated and well trained staff to assist you. We have established good processes to have a very easy check-in and check-out experience. I also value great customer service so we are very responsive (we usually reply within 5-30 mins).

I personally own multiple units of 1 bedroom with balconies at S, Shell, Shore 1 & 3 Residences in MOA, Fame 1, 3 & 4 Residences in Mandaluyong, Red Residences in Makati & units of 2 bedroom with balconies in Bloom Residences in ParaƱaque. I have more units currently being built at Gold & Mint Residences.

My goal is to make your stay like living in a 5-star hotel. The units are all fully furnished with kitchen appliances, utensils, pots & everything you need to have a comfortable & relaxing stay.

This is a great neighborhood and a well maintained property. Take a look at the 5-star lobby. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Amenities are great. We took time to renovate the units so they will be very comfortable for you. I bought properties for rentals because I go back to the Philippines few times a year because of my businesses in Palawan and each time I stay in Manila, I feel like the higher end hotels are too expensive. Our units are very affordable but you will have a feeling of being in 5-star hotel because of the quality of the room and everything that goes with it, the building itself, the staff and the location.
