In a typical village of the South of France, ancient cellar renovated in 2014 located on the edge of the village and surrounded by vineyards without opposite, clear view. The house combines the charm of the old and the contemporary with a mix of materials such as wood, stone ..., exposed beams and large volumes.

The house is 250 m2, very bright and consists of:

- 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8): bedroom 1 with 1 double bed (160 cm), bedroom 2 with 1 double bed (160 cm) with bathroom (walk-in shower), bedroom 3 with 2 single beds (of which 1 half-high bed), bedroom 4 with 1 double bed (140 cm)
Possibility of adding a cot in one of the bedrooms.
- 2 bathrooms: 1 large bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub, 1 en-suite shower room adjoining bedroom 2 with walk-in shower
- 3 toilets (2 separate and 1 in the lingerie)
- 1 lingerie with washing machine

A pleasant living room of 80 m2 opens onto a south-facing terrace of wood shaded by a planted pergola. The landscaped garden of 1000 m2 offers a magnificent infinity pool (4m x 8m) with terrace and wooden benches. Very calm environment.

A plancha is at your disposal.

A sandpit, a children's wooden hut and a swing are also available. There is also a large enclosure of 6 rabbits to feed.

The house is located in a small village of 300 inhabitants full of charm (14th century castle, village square with fountain ...).

All shops and all amenities in Gignac 6km (supermarket, pharmacy, etc ...)

The surroundings offer a multitude of outdoor activities: hiking, horse riding, golf, cycling, swimming in the river, canoeing, tree climbing ...

The city of Montpellier is 20 minutes by car and the beaches 45 minutes.

The linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) but not the pool or beach towels.

Quiet air conditioning (power consumption not included in the price).

Pets strictly prohibited (due to allergy, hygiene and presence of our rabbits), non-smoking house and unauthorized parties.
