Very nice.

Everything went well for our family vacation at this house. The pool, kitchen, living area and bedrooms, all were more than effective for our stay. I look forward to my next vacation at this home.

The house is beautiful and affordable.

The house is bigger than the pictures show in my opinion. It's a short ride away from all the major attractions in Boca Chica. There is armed security so I always felt very safe. The pool and bar area is perfect for relaxing and everyone is very friendly. I would definitely stay here again and plan to when I return.

The property managers Christina and Giovanni Carlos were awesome. They went above and beyond their responsibilities to make sure we were comfortable and everything was to our liking.

Guest could use extra sheets, cover and blankets. Extra toilet paper would be nice and extra towels

Not as it looks on

The property appears to look nice. But the electricity went out multiple times, there was no running water consistently and they had all kinds of construction materials left along the pool side (ex: rusty nails and broken tiles) and they left a huge uncovered hole in the pool tile. As you’d expect I was NOT happy with this property and the neighborhood was literally right next to an area that they dump trash.

Electricity normally goes out in the DR often. The guest is not telling the truth as we have both battery back up and a propane power generator that turns on automatically when the power goes out. The pool was just re tiled the day before your arrival and the contractor was there the same day to pick up the small amount of tiles left to complete. The property is located inside a large private gated community. The two large garbage bins much like residential building in the USA has the bins located outside gates area for guest to dispose of their garbage not sure what the issue you have with that as everyone needs to dispose of their garbage. The water pump did break during your stay which was fixed for you by a plumber a new one was installed asap. We do not appreciate you giving false information that is not true

Nice Home

Home is very nice and comes as pictured in a calm area and close to the beach, just some minor things that need improvement. I’ve vacationed/rented and stayed at many homes before and they always come with at-least toilet paper and water (what’s the point of this water filter in the house for?) Also note for the owner, the housekeeper can do a better job at keeping up with this home while guests are here, garbage should be taken out, pool should be cleaned, guest should have as many sheets and pillows as needed etc.

After living in the DR together for many years we moved to Canada to start our family. We still have lots of family in the DR and travel back frequently which is why we decided to build our family vacation home which we wish to share by renting to responsible adults wanting to come and enjoy the beautiful Dominican Republic.
