Splendid villa in a panoramic area between Castellana Grotte and Polignano a Mare in a Mediterranean context of centuries-old olive trees and fruit trees. Garden and lawn of about 2000mt with ornamental plants. Large oval-shaped swimming pool with solarium and sun loungers; nearby pergola with sofas and cushions to enjoy total relaxation whether reading a good book or listening to music as the villa is equipped with sound diffusion throughout the area, including inside the house. Outdoor shower with hot water serving the pool. The villa consists of two levels. On the first level there are two double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and shower, and one with bath and shower en suite, living room with sofa bed. The kitchen has a view of the pool, with an exit to a grape pergola, which frames the house, where you can enjoy lunch and dinner outside. The rooms have views of the garden and pool. On the right side of the house a small stone staircase leads to an area below with a large barbecue with stone sink and hob. Downstairs (but not underground) there is a laundry room and two other rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds; both rooms have a bathroom with shower and independent entrance. The villa is 13 km from Polignano a Mare and 3 km from Castellana Grotte . The nearest beaches are 15 km away in Polignano a Mare and Monopoli. 
The villa is also ideal for events and weddings. 
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks.
The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to take advantage of it, we will send you instructions to access the property and meet you the next day.
