Villa Prati is situated in the heart of the glorious Le Marche region of Italy, at 5 minutes drive from its nearest medieval town Mogliano and offers a unique opportunity for those in search of a spacious and exclusive villa for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
We fell in love with this property and the position immediately and bought it in 1990 as an old farmhouse and throughout the years we have restored it using prestigious materials (old terracotta tiles, oak beams, large stone fireplace, antique doors) and making sure to maintain its original features transforming the old farmhouse in a true Italian villa.
It has been tastefully and comfortably furnished with quality traditional furniture and has all modern facilities including WIFi connection, Satellite tv and air conditioning on the top floor.
The villa offers large spacious rooms, a large open-plan kitchen (very well equipped), a large dining room and a separate spacious sitting room, a separate study/library with open fireplace, offering privacy when needed but providing an opportunity to share your holiday with friends or family.
A large terrace with ample space for everybody to dine together, or if the children are swimming, the BBQ area which overlooks the pool (but is out of splashing range) is the ideal place to relax over lunch but keep an eye on the children at the same time.
The villa is accessed through an electric private gate and up a private drive ensuring total privacy, it is surrounded by 1,5 hectars of immaculate garden. There are plenty of secret and secluded places where you can escape from the crowd, and some areas designed to bring people together to share a meal, or to relax in the sunshine. You can swim in the 50 foot pool, or lounge in on the comfortable sunbeds. You may want to have bbq, laze in a hammock, or retreat from the sun to the shade of the Olive trees. Villa Prati is surrounded by 1.5 hectares of immaculate landscaped gardens scattered with olive and fruit trees in which there is a large pool 15 x 7 meters with an integrated salt system (very little chlorine).
Our guests are offered a first class service with Crisp Egyptian cotton bed linen and soft Christy towels are provided – including pool towels. A private chef can be arranged for a special meal or for all meals, and we can recommend many good local restaurants.
As Le Marche is one of the less well known regions of Italy, we are happy to provide ideas and suggestions for some of the wonderful places to visit in the area. From designer shopping to art and architecture, Le Marche really does have something to appeal to everybody, and we can organise a range of trips for you or simply make some recommendations.
