Sandul Villa, situated in Beruwala, 56 km from Colombo and 87 km from International airport on the south-west coast of Sri Lanka. The Villa located in a very beautiful place. Just 5 minutes driving with tuk-tuk will bring you to the beach coast of Indian ocean (around 1km).

This house consists of 5 stylish and spacious rooms with all facilities and luxury furniture. There are 5 double bedrooms (with 4 double beds, 2 single beds -sleeps Maximum 10) and 4 bathrooms. All rooms equipped with A/C and fan, have private balcony or terrace with a Garden view.

This is like your own house with private Swimming pool no any other guest; you will be free in your life.

This place is a true hidden gem and we are so glad that we stayed here. The Staff were excellent and the food was outstanding - we were really impressed by the level of service and attention throughout our stay and would definitely come back here next time. Thank you again!

Our best holiday ever

This holiday way exceed our expectations, Sandul Villa is wonderful, it felt like home, Senaka and his team were vey attentive and catered for our every wish. The food at breakfast and dinner is exceptional, why go out for dinner when this is available. Thank you Senaka we will be back and soon.

Amazing food and staff!

Everything about this stay was easy. All communication with Senaka was prompt and questions answered quickly. The staff were excellent and made sure we were very well looked after and wanted for nothing. The breakfasts were amazing and far better than we could have imagined, with something for everyone. We also often ate lunch and dinner at the villa, which was extremely good value and the food was really good, some of the best we had in Sri Lanka. Senaka was extremely helpful and organised some lovely trips for us and was always full of good advice. All in all an excellent holiday and we will most definitely return.

Wonderful!

We stayed at Sandul Villa for 12 days, and we enjoyed every minute of our time there. We were 3 generations of family, visiting Sri Lanka for my sons 40th birthday celebrations, and the space was perfect for us! Our airport pick up went smoothly, and from that moment on we had a perfect holiday. The villa was spacious and comfortable, the pool area was fantastic, and the staff were exceptional. Comfortable beds, lovely clean bathrooms, hot water was a bit hit and miss...but hey, at 30 degrees plus you really don’t need hot water! There was enough comfortable seating in the living area to fit us all, and this is where the wi fi works best. The upstairs seating area, and the spacious outside terrace are delightful places to relax, read, or simply have some quiet time. Breakfasts were great, many choices, with something to suit everyone. We took dinner at the villa most nights, and found it to be extremely well priced in comparison with local restaurants.....but more importantly, everything was freshly prepared, very tasty, and plentiful, and with vegetarian options that worked well for some of us. Chef was fantastic, and made small changes to meals as we requested to make everything perfect for us! For my sons birthday the room was decorated, and we even had a birthday cake....fabulous! Mr Senaka was on hand with recommendations, advice, and great suggestions. Nothing was too much trouble for him! We decided to go on a three day trip to visit some major sights, and this was organized promptly, was very good value, and gave us the opportunity to see so much in a short time. We loved the Elephants in the wildlife reserve, and the train journey through the countryside was breathtaking! Our driver on the trip was great, he shared lots of information, and made travelling a pleasure. We stayed at two lovely hotels, and enjoyed excellent dinners at the end of each day. Mr Senaka also took us to some local places when we had a little free time, and we were delighted to be able to go to a local gem shop, learn the process....and of course purchase some beautiful jewellery. It was an added bonus that tuk tuks were available for us at any time to take us to the beach, and on short trips to the shops etc.....our tuk tuk drivers were great fun, and again, nothing was too much trouble for them. We loved our time at Sandul Villa! It was hard to leave.....we stayed in the pool until the last possible moment! Great trip, great villa, great staff😊

Family break

We booked this property following the prompt information and support provided by Senaka. Now we've returned home we've ABSOLUTELY no doubts we made the best possible decision. We travelled as a family of 9 and airport transfers were arranged by Senaka. We were met at the airport and without any fuss were welcomed at the property which was as described. The team in the house met our every need and even decorated our room as it was our wedding anniversary during the holiday. (THANKS again!) Trips out were easy as Senaka provided free local visits to the beach and local sites. He also arranged extremely good value wider trips. His extensive knowledge and local links were invaluable as he arranged safari's and trips that met our exact needs. We researched costs before we left the UK and every activity was better value locally. Nothing was too much trouble - Senaka even arranged a doctor home visit when someone got ill during a day trip. He is such a caring person and went above and beyond to make us feel valued and welcome guests. Breakfast was amazing and there were plenty of Sri Lankan options each morning. Evening meals in the house were again great value and much better than food we sampled in local restaurants. The house and pool (which was actually bigger than shown in the photos) were cleaned daily and the team were great to be around. We'd book again in a heartbeat! The local turtle sanctuary visit was the real highlight but the Sri Lankan people made our break extra special. If you want a great house with great service and a private concierge - this one is for you! THANK YOU Senaka, and your team, for an amazing family break.
