Jugon-les-lacs is located 2 km away where a range of additional restaurants and shops can be found next to a beautiful lake. Water sports: within five minutes walking distance of the house there is a new water/cable skiing facility at Dolo lake which opened in the summer 2016. Nearby within 2 km there are further water sports such as kayaking, sailing and pedalos.
There is a large spacious garden to front and rear of the property with patio area, table and chairs and barbecue. Ample parking space for up to three vehicles. Garage with some beach items and bicycles available for use.
