UPPER LEVEL OF MULTI UNIT(2 units). Weekly rentals only!! Immaculate home. 5 bed rooms, 2 porches, 3 full bathrooms, 1 partial bath. Large living area, sun room. Each bedroom and common area have a flat screen TV. WiFi, Central Air, off street parking, 2 blocks from beach and boardwalk. Electric BBQ and all the amenities needed are available in the kitchen. Very comfortable and spacious home. We will provide the ocean and beach however, we are not able to provide linens or paper products. Great for large families. We do prefer families and ask that the responsible person(s) are at least 25 years old. Make our home your home! Free tan included. We are renting for full weeks only. Enjoy all that Wildwoods FREE beaches have to offer !!! PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT RENT FOR PROMS OR TO HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES !!! The house was nice, could have been cleaner. Location was ok but being across from The lollipop hotel was not great as the cops took somebody away for some reason. Cute house overall.

Fabulous!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property! The rooms are lovely and spacious and there is plenty of room to spready out - the two porches are such a bonus for anyone wanting a little quiet. The owner/manager was very friendly and accessible. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to relax & have fun with family!

Great House

We stayed a week in late August 2020 and the house was great. It literally has everything you need; a short walk to the beach {1.5 blocks}, spacious interior, nice outdoor seating, a private driveway...etc. The part of the beach where the street enters is right next to a lot of action, but the best part was there was a pier that you could take shade under. For families who don't want to be in the sun the whole day, it was a prime location. Overall it's a great home to rent for a large family.

Wonderful Place to Stay

This house was great. We normally stay at a hotel but because of COVID-19, we decided it would be safer to stay in a house. This house was great. It was large, had a private deck and porch and was very clean. Our adult children loved having all the extra space and the short walk to the beach and boardwalk! I can’t say enough about how responsive the owners were. I asked tons of questions and always had a response within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this property!

Had a great time. With the two porches there was plenty of space for everyone to hang out and enjoy ourselves. Highly recommend and look forward to renting again next year.

A Great Family Beach Getaway

This home is very spacious, comfortable, and well decorated--the perfect place for a large family get-together. With 12-14 people, it never felt crowded. There are many places to congregate, including a covered deck on one side of the house with a table and chairs and a large front porch with several comfortable chairs. The bedrooms have a lot of storage space, and there is also a lot of storage space in the dining area and kitchen, which is well-equipped. Best of all is the location--it is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We highly recommend this home and hope to return in the future! On another note, the owner was very pleasant to deal with and responded quickly to queries.

Comfortable large home for weekly stay

This home was very comfortable. Open concept kitchen, dining room, and living room. 2 outside areas with front porch (perfect view of fireworks) and side deck with electric grill. Bit more pricey than what I am used to paying in Wildwood however this home is large and well maintained so in the end you get what you pay for.

What a great rental!

I'm usually skeptical when I find something on the internet but I must say this home exceeded all my expectations! The house is very large and so are the rooms. You will not be cramped and everyone will have "me" space. It is tastefully decorated and within walking distance to everything. The owners are pleasant and answer questions quickly. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Cannot stress how amazing

Myself and a group of friends had stayed here for a week and simply fell in love with how amazing this house is. Not only is the exterior appealing, but the interior is just as beautiful. With only a short two walks to the beach, it was an ideal house to rent. On top of this, the owners were friendly and very giving. I know if we could do our trip over we would certainly choose this again and recommend this house to anyone who loves a good time.

Excellent property!

We rented this house for our family vacation. It was a perfect setup for us. Our family includes Grandparents, kids with spouses and 4 grandkids. There were bathrooms and bedrooms for each family and space for the kids to hang out upstairs. The 2 porches, sunroom and main living room gave us all space to be as close to eachother as we wanted yet room to get some quiet time seperately. It was an easy 2 block walk to the boardwalk which we did every day and the walk to the ocean was minimal (compared to other areas). There were numerous bikes in the storage room and we enjoyed many mornings riding on the boardwalk. (If you want to ride to the beach you should bring your own bike chain and lock, there are plenty of racks to lock your bikes by the boardwalk/beach) There were also boogie boards and sand toys galore in there!! The kitchen was large and had mostly everything we were looking for (it's never going to be the same as you have at home), they are plenty of plates/bowls/cups/utensils for our family of 10 (12 one night when we had a few friends for dinner). If you have multiple families with multiple cars there will be a little juggling for spots as there are only 2 but there was some street parking (no meters on the block). There wasn't much to complain about except the bed in the front room squeeked when someone moved so if you are a light sleeper it's a little annoying. There was a washer and dryer which both worked very well excet the dryer made a lot of noise so we couldn't run it at night when the kids were sleeping. Both of the issues were reported to the owner and he said he would take care of them, I wouldnt let them deter you from renting there. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The owners were easy to deal with from beginning to end. It was a great house in a great location.
