Base Village Loft 104 is a stylish & modern, three bedroom condo located in the heart of the Winter Park Resort Village, surrounded by shops, restaurants & activities. Featuring an open floor plan on the main level with a plush, colorful living room, high-end open kitchen & lovely dining area with access to the private deck that overlooks the Village. This deck is an amazing place to have a apres-ski beverage and snack or to watch the stars at night over the continental divide. Featuring three bedrooms on the upper level, including the Primary King Suite, Queen bedroom, and kids bunk room, you'll rest easy after a fun day on the slopes & trails in Winter Park.
Bring a car to park in the one-car heated garage and keep all your ski & bike gear warm in there as well. Just steps away are the slopes & trails of the Winter Park Resort so you can easily come home for lunch or to grab something you forgot. Walk right out your door to the Village for some of the best dining & shopping in Winter Park. Base Village Loft 104 has everything you need for your next vacation to Winter Park.
Additional amenities include hot tub access at Zephyr Mountain Lodge, high-speed wifi, in-home washer & dryer, gas fireplace, gas grill, outdoor seating, hotel-style linens, pack n' play portable crib, keyless entry, remote check-in, 24 hour support with our Vacation Planners in Winter Park and a location within 150 yards of the slopes.
Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite on upper level, Queen bedroom on upper level, Twin/Full bunk in the bunk room. Plus, a Queen EZ bed in the main level living area. Sleeps up to eight guests.
