Charming and cosy villa with swimming pool



Beautiful country house in the north of the island, located in Santa Margalida, in a rural area just 7 km from the sea and the beautiful beaches of Alcudia Bay.

Capacity for 4 people. There are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and another with a double bed and a luxurious bathroom with a shower.

Fully equipped kitchen that connects to the living-dining room with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and WiFi.

For the winter months, there is a pellet stove in the living room with ventilation slots in the bedrooms and bathroom.

Suitable for children, with a wonderful private pool, a swing on the large lawn and a barbecue. Outside there is a beautiful garden lawn area. There is even a ping-pong table available.



There is a lovely terrace with garden furniture. From here, you have a great view of the pool and the garden. The sun loungers are already waiting for you. The house is only 2 km from the village.



IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.

- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

The peaceful rural setting with surrounding nature created an unforgettable experience. The house design and craftsmanship of the home were of the highest quality. The hosts take great care in ensuring that all needs are met from lovely landscaping and botanicals, a very clean pool and fully stocked kitchen and pantry - we were very impressed. The lighting in the house create the perfectRomantic retreat for my husband and I. Well done - we can’t wait to return.

Beautiful Mallorcan finca

The property is set amongst beautiful grounds which are well maintained and provide a most peaceful setting. The pool is great fun as is the table tennis. Inside, the finca is clean, comfortable and has a well equipped kitchen. Upon arrival, the owners were very welcoming and had laid on wine, fruit, snacks and water. When we ran into a problem with the power supply (our fault), they were with us within 30 minutes to rectify it. The location feels remote (and does need a car) but it just a couple of minutes to Santa Margalida and only 10 minutes to Can Picafort. Its central location means that the whole island is easily accessible. We stayed at the height of summer and although not essential, air conditioning would have helped.

Simply wonderful

We stayed here in October with our two children for 7 days. Upon arrival we met the lovely owners who left us cookies, wine, bowl of fresh fruit, water and drinks in the fridge!! The house is simply wonderful, a traditional finca and furnished in such a way. Everything was very clean, the bathroom is beautiful and modern , the kitchen has everything for cooking. The house is so beautiful outside the grounds, the pool, the little room with the table tennis the trees and flowers. The house is in rural setting and there are a few sheep across a few properties away and we loved hearing their little bell, the dogs in the distance, and we had the most wonderful cat. She was affectionate, cuddly and made our childrens stay even more special. I have nevet met such a darling cat. The air smelled so sweet and warm. We did not want to leave we loved it so much. Santa Margalida is only 7 min away by car and there is a supermarket with all the basics you need. Truly relaxing experience. If you are a person who prefers to visit places in authentic settings and not resort style this is a place for you. We will be back one day!

Es war wieder sehr schön

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal in der Finca und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr schön ruhig, die Finca ist mit viel Liebe gestaltet und man kann hier super entspannen. Es ist einfach alles perfekt.

Wij verbleven in Januari voor 3 weken in dit geweldige huis

Wij verbleven in Januari voor 3 weken in dit geweldige huis. Bij binnenkomst stond er een flesje wijn en een volle fruitschaal klaar. Ook hadden ze de pelletkachel voor ons aangezet. De zakken voor de pellets en zakken hout moet je achteraf nog wel zelf betalen.Dat staat niet in de advertentie zelf en dat is jammer. Het huis heeft geen centrale verwarming dus in de koude maanden moet je wel flink stoken om het warm te krijgen. De eigenaar houdt in de gaten hoeveel zakken hout je verbruikt en vult die ook netjes aan. de eigenaren komen 2 x in de week het terrein op om het zwembad schoon te houden en andere klusjes. Meestal als je er niet bent. (nog steeds een raadsel hoe ze dat wisten) De ruimte om het huis heen is heerlijk ruim. Het zwembad hebben we niet kunnen gebruiken, dat was net even te koud.We hebben enorm genoten van de tuin zelfs in januari. Ook enorm genoten van de leuke, lieve, speelse kater Carlos. Hij kwam graag binnen en lag dan lekker tegen je aan.

Ein sehr schönes Landhaus

Die Lage war sehr schön und ruhig, das Grundstück vom Landhaus sehr schön angelegt mit einem wunderbaren sauberen Pool. Optisch von außen war wirklich alles wunderschön gewesen. Vielleicht könnte man für den Schlafbereich zwei Klimastandgeräte für die heiße Sommerzeit vorsehen. Desweiteren hatten wir nicht immer kontinuierliches warmes Wasser beim Duschen und Waschen gehabt.

Diese Finca ist ein absoluter Traum-Ort für Ferien auf Mallorca. Es ist sehr ruhig und man kann sich wunderbar von dem Touristenandrang auf der Insel erholen. Der Garten ist sehr gross, unseren Kindern (6 und 8 Jahre alt) war nie langweilig. Wir durften Fahrräder benutzen. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, uns fehlte es an nichts. Es war alles sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Stühle und das Sofa sind sehr bequem. Über den täglichen Beuch vom Finca-Kater haben wir uns gefreut! Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett, hilfsbereit, jederzeit zur Stelle wenn etwas war und sehr grosszügig.

Würden dort immer wieder hingehen.

Wenn man mit einem Mietwagen auf Mallorca ist, ist die Unterkunft genial, die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man ist von Schafen und Hühnern umgeben. Morgens und abends kommt eine unglaublich süße Katze vorbei und holt sich ihr tägliches Futter und die obligatorischen Streicheleinheiten ab. Würden dort immer wieder hingehen.

Wunderschöne ruhige Finca

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal da und haben über den Jahreswechsel einen sehr schöne Urlaubswoche verbracht . Die Finca ist für Leute, die Ruhe suche genau das Richtige. Wir wurden wieder mit einer Flasche Wein und einer großen Obstschale begrüßt. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Die Küche ist reichlich bestückt. Das Haus bzw. das gesamte Gelände ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Man muß sich hier einfach wohlfühlen. Die Gastgeber waren zwischendurch mal da und haben sich erkundigt, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist. Die Lage ist super, man ist dem Auto überall schnell am Ziel.

Eine traumhafte Woche auf Mallorca

Die beste Finca, die wir je hatten! Zunächst wurden wir von dem sehr netten Besitzer empfangen. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche mallorquinischen Rotwein und eine riesige Obstschale mit tollen frischen Früchten. Es folgte eine gründliche Einweisung zu den Besonderheiten ( z.B. Pelletofen ) und der Hinweis der 24/7-Erreichbarkeit. Die Finca war auch schon vorgeheizt - es gibt neben einem zusätzlichen Kamin keine weitere Heizung in dem Objekt ( normal in der Region ). Alles funktionierte einwandfrei und es waren mehr als genügend Kochutensilien, Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist sehr solide, wirkt neuwertig/ gepflegt und strahlt eine landestypische Gemütlichkeit aus. Einfach traumhaft! Zu Weihnachten brachte die Ehefrau des Besitzers noch einen Teller mit typischem Weihnachtsgebäck vorbei und erkundigte sich nach unserer Zufriedenheit. :-)) Wir hatten auch noch großes Glück mit dem Wetter - sieben Tage Sonnenschein bei 18*- 22*. Die Lage der Finca ist sehr ruhig und die Strände im Südosten sind gut zu erreichen. Auch das Tramuntana-Gebirge ist nicht weit. Es gibt genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe - die Preise sind zivil! Achtung: im Dezember ist die Insel quasi im Winterschlaf - geöffnete Restaurants sind sehr rar! Auf Tripadvisor ist kein Verlass! Drei kleine kritische Anmerkungen: der Fernseher hat einen schrecklichen Ton und es fehlt leider der DVD-Player ( Beschreibung ). Das W-Lan funktionierte oft nicht zufriedenstellend. Unser mobiles Datenvolumen hat uns schließlich gerettet. :-) In der Nacht kühlt es sich merklich ab - eine zusätzliche Heiz- quelle wäre angebracht. Wir hatten unser Steckerheizlüfter leider zuhause gelassen. In die Heizrohre für Bad und Schlafzimmer könnte man auch kleine Thermo-Minilüfter einbauen. :-)

Perfekte Finca, unser zweiter Aufenthalt dort!

Hier wird Wert auf Sauberkeit und Charme gelegt. Wein und Obstkorb zur Begrüßung lassen einen Willkommen fühlen und die gepflegte Anlage, in absolut ruhiger, nahezu uneinsehbarer und ungestörter Lage, lässt sofortige Erholung zu. Der Ort Santa Margalida (2km) mit kleinen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Lage auf der Insel geben viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge. Eine Katze wohnte auch auf dem Grundstück und hat uns "beschützt"... und sich von uns durchfüttern lassen. 😉

Ruhe und Erholung

Sehr liebevoll und vollständig eingerichtet, modernes Bad, große Küche mit allem was man braucht, toller Pool und großes Grundstück. Alles in sehr gutem einwandfreien Zustand, uneinsehbar und die nächsten Nachbarn einige hundert Meter entfernt. Man hört keine Autos, keine Menschen nur die Tiere auf den Nachbargrundstücken (Schafe, Hühner, Hunde). Zur Finca gehört eine kleine süße Katze die verspielt und verschmust ist und gefüttert werden will. Wir vermissen sie schon. Ein tolles Haus, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Traum-Finca zu Corona-Zeiten

Die Organisation hat sehr kullant und unkompliziert auf die gegebenen Corona-Bedingungen reagiert. Mit einem Jahr Verzögerung hat unser Finca-Urlaub dann doch geklappt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und das Haus ist eine absolute Perle. Eigentlich müsste ich hier 6 von 5 Sternen vergeben, da unsere Erwartungen übertroffen wurden.
