Fantastic villa with swimming pool in the northern area of Mallorca.



Capacity for 8 people.

Located between Muro and Can Picafort, just 5 km from the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and other places of interest.



It has 4 bedrooms, all with two single beds. 3 bathrooms with shower. Fully equipped kitchen that can be connected to the dining room if desired.

Sense of spaciousness due to all the large windows in the living room.

The entire house is air-conditioned.



Magnificent outdoor area, covered terrace with comfortable furniture to enjoy the good weather of Mallorca, swimming pool, sun loungers and barbecue.



IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.

- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

Privacy, peace, and quiet.

Excellent villa if you are looking for privacy and plenty of room for family and friends if needed. Very nice modern Villa. I would stay here again.

Weekend on the farm

Overall, me and my group enjoyed our stay! The property was spacious and gorgeous and not too far from northern beaches. The host was very attentive to our needs via whatsapp which I appreciated. The only feedback for improvement I have would be is to install stronger wifi as the house is so big it doesn’t reach every device as it should, provide more towels, provide detergent, more toilet paper and paper towels for a more enjoyable stay. Thanks so much!

We were a family of 8 people and had an amazing week at this place. The outdoor area has a big lawn that is perfect for activities. The pool area is clean and really nice. There were 8 sun beds and an outdoor shower. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The air condition worked really good in the whole house. 5 minutes drive to the supermarket and 8 minutes to the beach. Mallorca Charme responded quickly if we had any questions during our stay. Highly recommend this place if going to Mallorca. Rent a car and explore the island.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommunikation und Reaktion mit dem Vermieter war perfekt, auch wenn man ihn nie zu Gesicht bekommen hat. Haus ist sehr schön und lediglich Kleinigkeiten waren zu bemängeln. Das ist jedoch jammern auf hohem Niveau.

el alojamiento era obviamente espectacular. Echamos de menos el acompañamiento en el check in y check out. Check in a las 16.00h y check out a las 10.00h teniendo en cuenta el importe del alquiler es un poco justo. Lo mismo con utensilios y básicos de higiene y cocina de la casa, faltaba gel de ducha, champú, sal, aceites.... Recibí un correo que la luz se cobraba a parte a 0.30 eur/kw, precio excesivo, valga la redundancia, por el precio del alojamiento. En conclusión, el precio que estás pagando no va acorde al servicio recibido el alojamiento era obviamente espectacular. Echamos de menos el acompañamiento en el check in y check out. Hola Pau, Lo sentimos pero nuestro equipo de limpieza tiene que hacer su trabajo durante la franka de 10 a 16. Del caso contrario ustedes se encontrarian una casa sucia. Sentimos no proveerle de todas las comodidades posibles pero no se nos requiere hacerlo, puesto que no somos un hotel. Entendemos que es un inconveniente tener que comparar básicos para unas vacaciones de 5 días pero no podemos hacer nada. Sentimos que no esté de acuerdo con el precio de la electricidad pero esperamos que entienda que mucha gente desperdicia mucha energia en sus vacaciones. El precio es una medida preventiva para evitar esta situación. Sentimos no haber llagado a sus expectativas,. Un saludo. Equipo Mallorca Charme

Großzügiges Haus und Grundstück, schöner grosser Pool und Garten Klimaanlage in den oberen Schlafzimmern kühlt nicht, Ausstattung etwas renovierungsbedürftig,Woll- und Bettdecken schmutzig,bei Ankunft war die Grundreinigung nicht zufrieden stellend. Sonnenliegen schmutzig und unbequem. Nur eine Fernbedienung für das Einfahrtstor vorhanden.

Locatie uitstekend! Zwembad en grote grasveld waren geweldig

Locatie uitstekend! Zwembad en grote grasveld waren geweldig. Midden tussen vele kwetterende vogels, dus ook voor de natuurliefhebber een mooie locatie. Veel ruimte op eigen terrein, inclusief ruime garage. Ook binnen heel veel ruimte met 3 badkamers, 4 slaapkamers (met goede bedden) en een ruime keuken. Vaatwasser en wasmachine waren ook heel fijn. Villa heeft een heel hoog plafond vanuit het woonkamergedeelte. Dat ziet er weliswaar mooi/,strak uit, maar hierdoor galmt het wel ontzettend en is het binnen heel gehorig. Een paar deurkrukken kraakten ontzettend. Geen blindering of iets dergelijks voor de badkamerramen, waardoor praktisch iedereen naar binnen zou kunnen kijken terwijl je op de wc zit of onder de douche staat. Wifi viel erg tegen. Soms geen verbinding te krijgen (met name als er al een aantal apparaten verbonden waren) en als er verbinding was, liet de snelheid te wensen over. Horren voor de slaapkamerramen zouden welkom zijn gezien de vele muggen.

Hartelijk dank dat u de tijd heeft genomen om onze accommodatie te beoordelen, we waarderen dit zeer. Wat betreft de wifi, moet u zich bewust zijn van de locatie van de villa, het is op het platteland, er is geen glasvezel daar als het landelijk gebied is beschermd, dus de satelliet wifi-signaal is een beetje lager dan wat je zult vinden in een herenhuis of in de stad. Het was een genoegen om u als gast te hebben, we wensen u het allerbeste.

Magnifique villa située en campagne au nord de l’île, calme, propre, avec énormément d’espace à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur.L’intérieur de la villa est super bien, spacieuse , équipé en électroménager et très lumineux. L’extérieur est juste impressionnant, le jardin et immense de quoi pouvoir, la piscine et magnifique. Seul petit bémol, en fin de location prévoyez de l’argent pour l’électricité!

Wir würden wiederkommen!

Eine wunderschöne Villa. Wir waren zu 8 mit einem kleinen Kind dort und hatten eine Woche lang eine schöne Zeit. Es war sauber und der Pool war wirklich wunderbar. Das einzige was etwas gestört hat waren die Armeisen die sind einen Weg ins Haus geschafft hat sobald man Essen draußen stehen lassen hat, aber das konnten wir gut lösen. Es gibt 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer wovon eins direkt in einem der Schlafzimmer ist. Die Lage war ebenfalls gut. In etwa 10 Minuten erreichte man Supermärkte oder auch den Strand. Alcudia ist etwa 20 Minuten entfernt und einen Ausflug wert. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Im Großen und Ganzen schöner Familienurlaub

Der Service, als wir ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage hatten, ist der Eigentümer innerhalb einer Stunde sofort vor Ort gewesen. Mehr Töpfe und Pfannen, man kocht ja schon gelegentlich und leider ist das nicht gut ausgestattet gewesen. Kann natürlich sein, dass wir durch die anderen Häuser viel zu verwöhnt sind.

Wunderbare Zeit in der Es Moli Villa

Wir waren im Feb 2022 für 2 Wochen entspanntes Arbeiten in der Villa und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war gut, Fragen im Vorfeld der Anreise wurden schnell und kompetent beantwortet. Das Haus liegt wunderbar alleine inmitten von Feldern. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt, für Familien und Hundebesitzer sicher von Vorteil. Das Haus war genauso wie erwartet, es gab keine böse „Marketing-Überraschung“. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend gross, die Betten bequem, Schränke und Stauraum genug vorhanden. Der Blick geht aus allen Räumen in die Weite. Die Einrichtung ist modern reduziert gehalten. Für 8 Personen wird die einzige Couch im Wohnzimmer allerdings nicht ausreichen. Das Sat TV bietet alle gängigen dt. TV Sender. Zutritt zum Haus über die Tiefgarage, die ist gross genug für mehrere Autos und Fahrräder. Wir haben unsere Radtouren immer direkt vom Haus aus gestartet, der Naturpark s‘Albufera ist schnell zu erreichen und lädt zu Erkundungen per Rad und zu Fuss ein. Die Wlan Verbindung im Haus funktioniert, war aber recht schwach (wir waren zu zweit und paralleles Arbeiten mit Videoconferencing war nicht immer möglich), die Mobilfunkversorgung mit 4G war top. Bei unserer Anreise war kein warmes Wasser da, darum hat sich die Agentur nach Anruf über die Notfallnummer sofort gekümmert und 30 Minuten später war der Vermieter da zur Problembehebung. Auch der Termin zur Reparatur zwei Tage später wurde rechtzeitig angekündigt. Das Haus war (durch Leerstand im Winter ?) nicht sauber. Schmutz und tote Insekten lagen an den Fenstertüren im EG, unter den Vorhängen und unter der Schiebetür der Küche. Die hohe Decke im Wohnzimmer war in allen Ecken mit Spinnweben und Schmutz verdreckt. Bei 280 € Reinigungsgebühr haben wir hier einen deutlich saubereren Zustand erwartet. Die Küche bedarf einer Innenreinigung inkl. Schränke und Schubladen, die Küchenausstattung benötigt zum Teil ein(Grünspan im Wassertank der Kaffeepadmaschine, Toaster und Grill waren stark verdreckt, Wasserkocher und Schneidebretter fehlten komplett, Messer stumpf) - wir haben einen neuen Wasserkocher, Toaster und Grillrost gekauft und auch da gelassen für Nachmieter. Die in der Informationsbroschüre für das Wlan genannten Kennwörter waren veraltet, hier bedarf es einer Überarbeitung.

Perfect and comfy

Beautiful view to the mountains. big and clean house!! The pool was soo nice(salty pool btw). No Neighbours so u can be loud and enjoy your time with friends/family

Gerne wieder

Traumhaftes großes Anwesen- 10 mins. Mit Auto Vom Strand entfernt. Neu, modern, Fliegengitter, im Sommer reichen die beiden Sonnenschirme bestimmt nicht aus .. einer davon ist kaputt.

Urlaub 03.09.21 - 13.09.21

- Allgemein sehr tolle Villa - Gute Lage - großes Anwesen, es war sogar möglich Volleyball zu spielen - In einem Badezimmer fehlt eine Toilettenbürste - viele Ameisen - es fehlte zum Teil das Kochgeschirr (Topfe sind vorhanden , die nicht Induktionsgeeignet sind) - scharfe Messer fehlen - Stühle sind zum Teil kaputt

Would come back.

Highly recommended. We spent a fabulous week with 8 people. The house is comfy, modern, clean and well equipped. The pool is great and the location was perfect for us: rural but a short drive to the beach. The only small negative point was that the mattress in on of the rooms need refreshing. Had a wonderful time and would come back.

Bewertung Haus Es Moli

Uns hat Alles gefallen. Das Haus und Pool sind wunderschön. Alles gepflegt und in toller,ruhiger Lage. Unsre Kaffeemaschine war defekt. Wir haben sofort eine Neue bekommen. Service top. Nichts. Wir können uns nicht beschweren. Für uns war alles perfekt -) Vielen dank. Unser Urlaub war super.
