Located on the Vallonga country summer near Bardolino, this home on two floors has all the modern amenities and comforts one may need! On the ground floor, there is a living room / dining room. In this room the couch can be turned into a full size bed (1 square and 1/2 in Italian measures). Next to the living room dining room is open to a private garden with table and chairs, barbecue and lounge. Next to the kitchen is the pantry / laundry room. The smaller bathroom (WC and sink) is next to the living / dining room and then the stairs. On this floor, there are three bedrooms, with windows that open onto the courtyard, and one full bathroom (WC, bidet, sink and shower). One bedroom with lots of storage space (wardrobe and dresser), 1 single bedroom with wardrobe, and 1 double bedroom (bunk beds) with 3 wardrobes. As mentioned before, the private garden is accessible directly from the kitchen door-window, which makes meal time easy and pleasant. Vallonga's farm, up to eight cars' capacity. We are located 5 km. (3. 10 miles) from the lake Garda, 10 km. (6. 2 miles) from the foothills of Monte Baldo and 35 km. (22 miles) from Verona, Romeo and Juliette's city. Being on the premises, you can access special tours and tasting packages of the company. We will also provide information on excursions of various types. For example, nature, sports, historic, artistic, gourmet, wine tasting, etc. For example, the ancient convent of the Camaldoli friars, built in the XVIth century and nominated as a cultural European heritage, is at only a 5-minute walk from the lake. There are also many entertainment venues, especially for Gardaland (at about twenty minutes 'drive from here) and the Aquapark Canevaworld (at about a fifteen minutes' drive from here). Two-storey country house with all modern comforts, inserted in the context of the Vallonga Farm, between the vineyards and the olive grove of Bardolino. The house has a living room with a dining room and a double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the private garden with a French door. The pantry and the laundry are independent, in an adjoining room. On the second floor there are the bedrooms with windows that open onto the agricultural court. A double bedroom with a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers, a single bedroom with a wardrobe and a third bedroom with a bunk bed and three wardrobes. Of the two bathrooms, one is service (toilet and sink) on the ground floor near the dining room. The second bathroom is complete (WC, bidet, sink and shower) and is on the second floor, serving the bedrooms. As mentioned before, for the use of the house there is a separate garden with table and chairs, Weber barbeque and lawn with deck chairs. You can access the garden directly from the kitchen door, which makes outdoor meals very practical and pleasant to prepare. The parking of the Vallonga Farm is available to guests and can accommodate up to eight cars.
We are 5 km away. from Lake Garda, 10 km. from the slopes of Monte Baldo and about 25 minutes from Verona. Packages are available for guided tours and tastings at the company. We also provide information on trips and excursions (territory and nature, artistic, historical, gourmet, etc.). For example, the ancient Hermitage of the Frati di Camaldoli, a 16th century structure and European cultural heritage, can be reached on foot in 5 minutes from the house with a panoramic walk from which you can admire Lake Garda. There are also great opportunities for fun especially for children, such as Gardaland about a twenty minute drive from here or as Canevaworld, the aquapark about a quarter of an hour's drive from here.
