This lovely elegant apartment, with an amazing panoramic sea view, is situated on the top floor of Casa Vela Meiga, a semi-detached villa located in the quiet village of Funtana Meiga in the stunning Sinis Peninsula on the central west coast of Sardinia. All welcome!
Immersed in serene and relaxing surroundings, the apartment is finished to a high standard and newly furnished with high quality pieces. With its bare brick walls and marble as one of the main materials, it has plenty of unique features but the star of the show is surely the sea reflection in the living room, thanks to a huge beautiful mirror placed in front of the ample French door.
- The modern high spec kitchen is equipped with all appliances including dishwasher, electrical oven, kettle and all the utensils and dishes you may need.
- The balcony on the front is equipped to dine al fresco and features a splendid panoramic sea view. Moreover you can sea the sea from every room and window of the apartment.
- The bright double bedroom can be converted in a twin room if necessary.
- The cosy single bedroom has a second single bed with wheels which can be easily slid in and out of the other single bed.
- Both bedrooms are furnished with a very spacious wardrobe.
- The bathroom has a always useful double sink and there's a second shower (ideal for a shower after the beach) outside in the backyard of the ground floor which has a separate boiler.
- In the ground floor backyard there's also a laundry area with a washing machine and a sink, the above mentioned shower and a big barbecue. Important: please note this is an area pertaining to the ground floor flat, which is for the moment occupied just occasionally by the host, however it is an open space and you have free access to it whenever you like with the purpose of using the facilities offered.
- In the living room there's a Satellite TV in full HD with international and Italian channels.
- For book lovers there's a selection of books in English and Italian.
- For music lovers, apart from many music TV channel is available either an I-pod dock or a sound system with I-pod connection.
- Yoga mats available upon request.
