In a secure 4-storey residence with lift and swimming pool, this 2-room apartment of approximately 35m² equipped for 4 people is located near Port Santa Lucia, shops, the city center, sandy beaches and facing the creeks of the Parc Santa Lucia.

On the 1st floor, facing east (rising sun), this accommodation consists of a living room (double sofa bed) with equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob 3 burners, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher), a bedroom with a double bed (160×190), a bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and a separate WC. The living room as well as the bedroom give access to the 10m² terrace with garden furniture. TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, parking space in a non-private residence, swimming pool.

* Reduction of 15% during the year from 15 consecutive days reserved (except from 05/07/25 to 23/08/25)

* Different services available to book at the same time as the rental:
