MARICUELO, INDEPENDENT HOUSE, NEAR THE BEACH OF PEÑARRONDA

We welcome you to our fantastic rural house, located in Asturias, more specifically in Barres. Thanks to its location you can enjoy a wonderful environment near the beach of Peñarronda and also with mountains.
You will find space for 12 people, making it a great option for large groups. You will have the opportunity to meet all together in their outdoor spaces, or also in the common rooms, such as the comfortable lounge.
Among its dependencies, you also have:
    The bedrooms. The house has 5, all doubles. In the case of one of them, there are 2 single beds, the rest have a double bed. All rooms have bedside tables and night lamps.
To reach the maximum capacity you have at your disposal the double extra bed.
As for the living room, you will see a large armchair, shaped like an ‘L’, very spacious. Behind him is a large piece of furniture, with several shelves and doors, some glazed.
Ahead has a rectangular low table and a large round table. Next to her, in the corner, is the stove, so you can sit by the fire.
There is also a TV, so you can sit together to watch your favorite shows and series.
The kitchen, meanwhile, has a dining table where you can all sit together for lunch and dinner. It is wooden and rectangular in shape, with its curved edges.
Opposite is the countertop, among the low furniture you will see a wood stove.
The microwave is located on the side, above the dishwasher and next to the sink, but this is not all, because it also has a washing machine.
To complete all the rooms, you have up to 3 bathrooms, 2 with a shower and one with a bathtub.
Outside you have the patio, with spaciousness and several floors. There is an area with outdoor furniture to sit, under the umbrella if it squeezes the sun a lot, to enjoy a delicious meal prepared on the barbecue. This is located in the garage, which overlooks the patio, and also has a pingpong table.
Another advantage of our house is that it has parking for several vehicles.
