Magnificent Pool/Jac Home: 2 EnSuites, Walk2Disney

Welcome to our Beautiful Pool Home, designed to accommodate 4+ families. It features six bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, with designer decor and upgrades, including granite kitchen counters, tiled bathrooms, and wood floors.

The home includes two Cal-King master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Additionally, two more Cal-King beds share a Jack 'n' Jill bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are children's rooms with full-over-full bunk beds. These children's rooms share a hall bathroom with a shower/bathtub.

The main living area is a beautiful open-concept space featuring an upgraded kitchen with granite countertops, custom paneled cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining room comfortably seats 10, with additional seating at the kitchen countertop bar and breakfast nook. The family room offers ample seating with a large sectional that includes a queen-size sleeper.

Outside, you can relax in our sparkling pool with a Jacuzzi and enjoy outdoor seating with a natural gas BBQ grill. The pool temperature is controlled remotely from our office, ensuring it will be ready and at the perfect temperature when you arrive.

A full-size washer, dryer for guest use, and a half bath are conveniently located right off the kitchen. The garage has been converted to a fun game room with a foosball table, air hockey table, and ping-pong table. We also provide strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, and booster seats for infants and toddlers. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.

​​​​​​​The main living room boasts a 60-inch TV with a DVD player, and high-speed wireless internet is included for entertainment. The home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning. Our home is just a short walk to Disneyland and Anaheim Convention Center, and you can watch the Disneyland fireworks from the yard.

This house SLEEPS 15 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 15 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 4. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.

Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82, and Jacuzzi to 102

A refundable $500 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.

Extra screening and proof of payment are required for bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival. The cardholder's name and address must match the booking's details. If there is a mismatch, last-minute bookings will be rejected. To complete the process, please ensure the following: - Successful completion of ID screening through GuestRanger, A screenshot showing our charge as "pending" in your online account (you may redact all other details), and a copy of the credit card used for payment, with all card numbers concealed except for the last four digits.

Enjoy the convenience and luxury of having fresh, high-quality products delivered directly to your rental before you even arrive - beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Items are even appropriately put away in the home refrigerator & cabinets, and photos are sent to you at delivery. They even offer e-bikes and other services.

All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant.

These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. If you reside within 50 miles of this house, there will be an extra $500 security deposit to ensure city rules and regulations are kept. In addition, the homes are protected with Security Cameras. There are NO inside cameras.

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is; suspicious of fraudulent behavior, determined to be made under any false pretenses, or for any purposes that would violate city/state or federal law. We also reserve the right to cancel the reservation(s) of ANY booking with technical error(s) that includes but is not limited to; pricing, website difficulties, or any other issue that may arise in the booking stage of a reservation.
