Teresa is in Boncore, a small village in the territory of Nardò, which,
however, is much more near Porto Cesareo, in so far as it applies in
the high part of Torre Lapillo. The holiday home is less than 1 km from
the beautiful beaches of Torre Lapillo.
In a few minutes, then you
can reach other resorts such as Porto Cesareo, Punta Prosciutto and the
Natural Reserve of Porto Selvaggio.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 60, to be paid upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Bathrooms has no bidet.
- Air conditioner not in all rooms.
