‘Grandview’ Villa no. 9 at Domaine Rochemarine is a two storey, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom 75m sq. terraced house with 2 large balconies, shared swimming pool and spectacular sea views, in a secure private gated community within walking distance of Miramar’s beautiful beaches, restaurants and water sports. Wi-fi is available throughout the house and air conditioning is available in the bedrooms. The small supermarket and boulangerie are 1.2 miles/2 km from the house which make it the perfect distance for an energetic morning walk!

Domaine Rochemarine is an idilic, secure community located just up the hill from Port de la Figueirette and the 5 star Miramar Beach Hotel. Miramar is the gateway to the L’esterel National Park, so miles of stunning coastline hikes and cycling are literally on the doorstep, while the pretty town of Theoule-sur-Mer is less than 4 miles/6km and the glamour and shopping of Cannes just 10 miles/16km away. Nice, St. Tropez, Antibes, the Verdon Gorge, and the water parks near Antibes and Frejus all make fantastic trips out. Nice Airport is a 45 minute drive and can also be reached by bus via Cannes.

‘Grandview’ has a private parking space directly in front of the house and the shared infinity style pool is a short walk away located by the entrance gate to Domaine Rochemarine. On entry to the house the open plan kitchen is located to the left and a WC to the right, with immediate sea views from the light and airy lounge/diner. The modern kitchen has a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, 4 ring hob, state-of-the-art oven and lots of storage space.

The lounge features a 36 inch Smart TV with Netflix and Apple TV, 2 large sofas, 1 armchair and dining table with 4 chairs, which opens straight out onto the spacious, south east facing balcony with stunning sea views. Outside is a table and 4 chairs for al fresco dining, along with a sun lounger.

Downstairs is the 2nd WC - where the washing machine is located - and stylish separate bathroom with shower and double basins. The master bedroom has a super king size bed, large fitted wardrobe, TV with Netflix and Amazon, and patio doors which open out onto the 2nd south east facing balcony with breathtaking views of the sea and mountains. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, a large chest of drawers and once again direct access to spectacular views. Both bedrooms have wooden shutters, making the rooms dark and quiet for a good night’s sleep. Air conditioning has recently been installed in both bedrooms. The lower balcony features a sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, beach/pool equipment - including chairs, boogie boards, frisbee and bat and ball beach set. There is also a large rack for drying clothes.
