"CASA DEGLI ARCHI" - PANORAMIC APARTMENT
The "Casa degli Archi" is a typical, ancient house in the historic center of Orta San Giulio. It is located in Via Bersani, the oldest pedestrian street in Orta, full of medieval views and arcades; remarkable is a medieval building with an architectural element bearing the date 1306, for a long time called "Casa Torre", that is part of a defensive system.
The house is located a few steps from the lake and the main square, Piazza Motta, called the "living room" of Orta: the square is bordered on three sides by old houses that rest on large porches under which small shops and cafes stand. The fourth side overlooks the lake and allows you to enjoy a panoramic view of the island of San Giulio. From here boats also leave for the island and the other riparian centers.
The beautiful 110 sqm apartment. it is located on the third and last floor (without a lift). It is quiet and sunny and has been renovated with care and good taste with the use of a lot of exposed wood that gives it a special touch of intimacy and romanticism.
