The house completely renovated in 2018 has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, reading room, 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet, covered patio, a panoramic terrace overlooking the Atlantic and the Teide and heated pool private integrated in a garden with tall and old palm trees.
The house has free WIFI in all rooms and in the garden area. Parking in the private garage with capacity for three cars is available free of charge for guests.
The rooms have beds for two people, wardrobe, bedside lamps, chairs and mirror, are equipped with sheets, pillows to choose from and blankets for each guest. In the bathrooms there are hand and bath towels, as well as a hygiene set for the reception. Each person has a bathrobe, plush slippers and a bath towel for the pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, glasses, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. There are four gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hood and small appliances such as coffee maker and toaster available.
The house offers a washing machine, ironing board and iron, clothesline and clothes hangers.
The living room is furnished with 2 sofas, armchairs, side tables and TV with international and national channels, YouTube and Netflix in open. The dining room has a table with 6 chairs and is located in a glazed space inside the garden. For "bookworms" and "players," the house offers a room with a comfortable sofa, music system, books and board games.
In the large garden of 400m2 closed to the street, there are very tall palm trees, lawn, private pool, sun beds and parasols, overlooking the Atlantic and the volcano "Teide", and offers with its "El Patio" and "Mirador del Atlántico", Equipped with garden chairs, barbecue, seating and dining areas, the ideal starting point for rest and well-being.
In "El Patio" there are enough plates, glasses and cutlery for outdoor "grill rounds."
