Requires deep clean in the shower/toilet area

Enjoyed another holiday in Sheringham. Having stayed at the old bakehouse many years ago, we visited it again. Very disappointed with the new settee and arm chair. Found them very uncomfortable. The shower are was very dirty, desperately needs a deep clean. Would not recommended this to any friends, which is a pity, as it is an excellent location.

We had yet another wonderful holiday staying at The Old Bake House.

We have been coming up to Sheringham on a regular basis ever since we came across this lovely Seaside Town. It is a lovely place to visit and has plenty of restaurants, our favourite of which is Marmalades Bistro. Excellent food at reasonable prices. The Chef as well as all the wait staff are amazing and are knowledgeable about the foods that are available on their Menu.

Last year, during the month of November in 2024, we enjoyed a wonderful three weeks holiday at The Old Bake House, which is located within the centre of Sheringham Town.

This is a great place to stay. Clean & Tidy. We parked our car directly near the. The old bake hous.

We have been going to Sheringham, on the North Norfolk Coast line. This is a wonderful place to stay, it’s close to shops, restaurants, Bars etc. it’s ideal for people with any kind of mobility issues, the bathroom is actually a wet room which is wonderful for us as there’s no bath to get into and there’s a “perching” stool which is in the bedroom closet

When entering this property it was clean and inviting. Very well equipped and plenty of room. The shower was great for my husband who has walking problems. Very happy to recommend this holiday bungalow

A excellent holiday home located just off the main street down a narrow lane at side of the Church

A real find near to shops, seafront and railway. A small bungalow well equiped and comfortable.situated down a narrow lane off the main centre next to the church. Access to North Norfolk great and to the town and sea really perfect short walking distance.

A wonderful place to stay !

We enjoyed our break in sheringham . It was a very clean , well equipped , cosy bungalow in an excellent central location. I would recommend this place . The only minor problem we had was the sound on television kept going first thing in the morning but was easily sorted by switching it off and back on at the mains otherwise it was perfect .

In fact ever since we spent our first Holiday at The Old Bake House. we have always had such wonderfully happy holidays when we have stayed at this establishment. This of our Holidays ever since our very first holiday at The Old Bake House.

Somewhat disappointed

We have stayed in the Old Bake House many times but were somewhat disappointed this year. It’s in a great position and it’s very positive that it has its own parking, shops restaurants and the beach are all in a short walking distance depending on your mobility. However the bathroom floods when taking a shower and the small bath mat is insufficient and the tiles become very slippery, despite being advertised for 4 people realistically it only suitable for 3 due to the positioning of the 4th bed. The rear patio / garden is very overgrown and not really useable for 4 people. Around the parking area the area at the sides are covered in weeds and cobwebs and by the front door someone in the past has been smoking and the mat still has butt ends in it. Due to the price you pay it could do with a good refresh, we feel it has been let go a bit. These concerns have been reported to the letting agent Keys.

Excellent place for an amazing holiday.

We have had plenty of wonderful holidays at the Bungalow known as The Old Bake House. (T.O.B.H) It’s located within the centre of Sheringham down a “Lane” off of Church Street, and is situated behind the Church that is sited on the corner of The Boulevard and Church Street. We are already very much looking forward to our next Holiday staying at T.O.B.H. in Sheringham. And plan to have many more holidays staying at T.O.B.H.

Cosy accommodation

This accommodation is in a great position, close to both the shops and near the beach, having its own parking is a great benefit in Sheringham. It was very clean and tidy with good fresh bedding and towels. We found it had a new washer/dryer which was great as the weather for drying was not good. It is easy access to the property with wide access to the rooms for anyone with a disability and the shower and bathroom was again suitable for anyone with a disability.
