Luxury Condo In The Cool Northern Arizona Pines Near Continental Country Club

Our high-country condo, within walking distance to the Continental Country Club, was recently remodeled to the standards of a luxury custom home. No expenses were spared to create a unique and comfortable residence starting with the custom wook-look tile and the granite counters to the decorative fireplace surround and lavish bathrooms. The living area features a formal dining table with the option to use the breakfast bar (including 3 bar stools) for a more casual dining experience. The sitting area includes a leather couch with ottoman and two comfy recliners, so you an enjoy the 48" flat screen HDTV (w/ TiVo). The two bedrooms include a Queen bed (master) and two Twin beds (2nd bedroom) with double sinks and a clear glass surround shower in the master, as well as a shower/tub combination in the 2nd bath. The stylish interior is complemented by a large South-facing deck for your enjoyment of morning coffee or lunch/dinner, while listening to the sound of the breeze whistling through the tall pines.

On our own

Excellent location and basic layout of unit but poorly furnished and cluttered with an assortment of useless stuff. Communication with host on minor problems difficult since he is in Europe with a 9 hour time difference. Major problem was having no top sheets for the queen bed used by our guests. One couple spent one night using two twin sheets and left the next day since the bed was also made up incorrectly and was very noisy. The second guest brought her own queen sheets and we made the bed properly. The host promised the needed queen sheets but none arrived in the next 10 days

GREAT spot in a perfect location!!

This condo was magic! It was the most well-equipped place we’ve ever stayed and can’t wait to go back. The furniture was comfortable and sturdy, bed firm, so nice to have a washer/dryer along with a shaded deck. The owner was very gracious and answered any questions we had. The location was perfect and we truly enjoyed our stay. Well worth the money and we so enjoyed our time there!!

Enjoyed our stay!

Host was quick to offer assistance when needed. Comfortable, plenty of bedding, towels, blankets etc.! 🙂 Fireplace was great to enjoy in the winter weather... unexpected playpen was available for our Grandson when he visited!

When you run a company that travels and needs to take care of projects for high-end clients, a place to stay that can mirror home is a must. This was that place for us. It was perfect!

Acceptable and pleasant.

We really enjoyed our stay. But, the deck was filthy, and the owner promptly sent the cleaning crew there to give it a thorough cleaning. It was quiet - no noise from neighbors. All the plumbing fixtures looked fairly new, but the shower in the master bedroom drains very slowly. The lack of central AC was a problem when temperatures hit 90 for a few days. The portable AC was somewhat helpful. Overall, a good deal.

We had a lovely time in Flagstaff. The condo was nice and had all anyone could need. It is easy to find and well located in a very upscale neighborhood. We would recommend it.

Lovely Host!

My family and I rented this property as my sister went through chemotherapy. The property owner was so kind, loving, and understanding during our journey. I would have booked this for a longer stay if it had not already been booked! Very grateful to have had the opportunity to stay at this property. Coffee on the patio is a must. Wonderful location:)

Amazing stay

We enjoyed the stay at this condo thoroughly. The condo is close to small lakes, bike paths, and hiking trails. it is clean, well-equipped and in a quiet neighborhood, close enough to shopping area. I strongly recommend this condo!

Great Place to Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The back patio was awesome for happy hours and dining. It was wonderful having a grill. The condo was very nicely decorated, clean and well stocked with the essentials. Having hiking and biking trails in the immediate area is definitely a plus. We enjoyed strolls around Duck Pond in the evenings to watch the beautiful sunsets. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. We highly recommend this wonderful condo!

Great with the exception of the air conditioning.

Everything about this condo is great with the exception of the air conditioning. It is a portable unit. I had read previous reviews of people that stayed, however the unit didn't keep it cool enough for us with daytime highs only in the 80's. I am only writing this review so others that need a comfortable temperature in the summer won't be disappointed. Everything else is accurate per the excellent reviews.

Perfect VRBO of a little family!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving weekend at this Flagstaff condo. Everything is nicely refinished and upgraded. The condo was clean, well supplied and organized and the master bed was very comfortable. The condo was cozy and conveniently located, and Markus was wonderful to deal with. Comfortable, spacious, perfect for a small family!

My husband and I brought our two school-aged children to this condo for a little spring break R & R. The location is very convenient to Highway 40, Downtown Flagstaff and the amazing Walnut Canyon National Monument. We loved the comfortable beds, well-appointed kitchen, handy washer/dryer, cozy living room and big screen TV and the clean/modern bathrooms. Can't say enough good things about this condo. It truly felt like a home away from home and we hope to return one day and explore Flagstaff a bit more!

We are a family of four (4) from Phoenix, Arizona. Being that the summers in Phoenix seem to get hotter (and longer) every year, we decided to get a 2nd home within a reasonable drive (+/- 2 hours) from our main residence.

We have been scouring the Flagstaff real estate market for the past 3 years for good opportunities for a 2nd home/vacation rental. This property presented a unique opportunity in that it provides the space that we need together with lots of privacy and the feeling of living in the pines, while being low maintenance at the same time.
