Spicy Hill is a 5 bedroom, 5 Bathroom Villa with all rooms under one roof. We rent the entire villa at once. A butler, housekeeper and chef is included in your rate. You provide the food and we will prepare the meals at no additional cost, up to three meals per day. Spicy Hill Villa is wheelchair friendly with access to all bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, kitchen, pool deck and garden areas.

The house was absolutely amazing, great location and a great amount of space for everyone. Denny, Keith and Karen were the best Staff that you could ever ask for! They always made us feel very welcome and did everything possible for us to enjoy our stay. They all know we will be back again!

10 out of 10! My family and I had a great time celebrating birthdays before the holidays. Denny, Karen and Kieth were an absolute pleasure and took the stay to the next level. We'll definitely be coming back when we can! Highly recommend.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und super schön eingerichtet. Das Personal war super nett und zuvorkommend. Der Pool und der Garten waren wunderschön und toll gepflegt. Auch die Nähe zu den Stränden und der Stadt ist super praktisch.Insgesamt haben wir dort tolle Tage verbracht und besonders danken möchten wir dafür Karen, Keith und Lester :)

Our stay here was splendid and memorable. This beautiful home is managed by a well-suited trio led by Denny. To put it simply, the team delivers with a heightened level of professionalism balanced with warmth. We felt welcomed and cared for from our arrival to the reluctant departure. The home is nicely decorated sitting on a well-appointed manicured landscape. Early mornings and evenings on the veranda and pool deck were idyllic. We enjoyed alfresco meals, courtesy of Denny and Keith. Not only was the food delicious, the attention to quality and presentation was greatly appreciated. Denny and Keith consistently hit the mark and provided excellent service. The interior was clean and sufficiently spacious accommodating our family of 10. Kudos to Karen for keeping our space fresh daily. We really enjoyed the entire property including the game room including the Ludi board, pool, and the outdoors. A walkabout on the property soaking up the fresh island scents and exploring the variety of fruit and other species of trees is not to be missed. I could write on and on about my family’s chance encounter with Denny, Keith and Karen and this lovely home but the best thing would be for you to experience this yourself, making your own connection with the people and the space. Denny, Keith and Karen, “Thank You” for making our trip to Portland, and Jamaica that more delightful. Until next time, be well.

This is our second stay, with plans to return. Denny and Keith goes above and beyond. Karen is always helpful. The place is large and beautiful. Food prepared with love. If you would like a private, secure, spacious, beautiful stay, book this place. 10/10. Thanks for having us. See you soon

I will be using this property again

I got this property for my sons bday and the closeness to frenchmens cove. The pictures does this place no justice, one of the best places ive ever seen, when i breath taking thats an under statement. The staff is a1..this is just the best...perfection at its finest.

Spicy Hill Villa

Well located in Port Antonio Denny,Keith and Karen went over and beyond to make our stay memorable. My grand kids loved them! Please consider putting a dishwasher in the kitchen as that will be of great help !

Home Sweet Home!

My family stayed at Spicy Villa for one week. we loved everything about the villa from the staff that made everyone feel at home to the pool, the gorgeous lush grounds and the Game room. This was definitely our home away from home and we will be returning again!

Beautiful and Relaxing

It was a wonderful experience for myself and my family. Denny, Karen and Kieth were very attentive, friendly, and made excellent meals. The backyard pool area was clean and beautiful with gorgeous tree line views filled with tropical plants and birds. The backyard also had a large, well manicured field where children can play. We also enjoyed pool and table tennis in the game room. I strongly recommend this villa for other families looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Areas for improvement: it would be advantageous to have a more streamlined process for groceries to be obtained by staff ahead of time, given that the organization of it cost us our first meal not being able to be prepared on time Also, there was an issue the first night with the hot water, but it was soon fixed.

Fabulous stay at Spicy Hill

Wonderful experience! The house and grounds at Spicy Hill are outstanding. Beautiful rooms, inviting poolside seating, front garden plaza with fountain and exquisite foliage, and a fully equipped games room all led to a fantastic stay for our 3 generational extended family . What made our time here most memorable were the staff who are all terrific. Denny, the chef, made dishes that had us begging for his recipes. Keith, met our every wish professionally serving us every meal & providing tips on the area. Karen, the housekeeper, kept us in good order. We all felt like family by the end of the 5 days there. The villa is a very short walk to the deservedly world famous Frenchman’s Cove Beach. It is a nice option to have though the spicy hill grounds and pool provide lots of entertainment and relaxation for all ages. Highly recommend this home. We’ll definitely be back soon.

Stunning property with the best caretakers

The home is so beautiful and well kept. There were 10 of us that stayed in Spicy Hill and it still felt like plenty of space. The pool and garden is beautiful and there’s a great games room. The property is also perfectly located as you can walk to Frenchman’s Cove and the Blue Lagoon. We rented a car from Kingston which i’d recommend so we could drive the 10minutes from the house into town. What made the stay so special was the 3 wonderful caretakers who were incredibly helpful, welcoming and kind. Denny is also an incredible chef and he cooked us up the perfect New Year’s Eve meal. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend Spicy hill to friends and family
