4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath Sag Harbor home, with a beautiful in-ground pool (open late May - late September) 10 minute drive to the village. Gorgeous separate master suite with ensuite, 2nd King bedroom on main floor, beautiful gourmet kitchen with all high end appliances, wine fridge, large bathrooms. New outdoor shower and patio (2025), outdoor sectional couch and seating, 2 outdoor fire-pit tables, outdoor dining and beautiful lighting, makes this a fabulous home for your vacation. For security purposes only, there are two Ring video cameras on the property. One is a doorbell camera that shows who is at the door. The other is at the rear door to the property and shows portions of the back yard including the pool and in particular, persons who may enter through that door. We are a 10-15 minute drive to ocean beaches. Close to bay beach. Come and enjoy a peaceful and magnificent escape for your summer vacation

Fall Weekend in Sag Harbor

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home a 10 minute drive from Sag Harbor. There are thoughtful details throughout the house and everything you need for a great weekend with family or friends. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again!

Amazing stay at a wonderful location in Sag Harbor

This is the second time my group of friends has stayed at this property. It's an amazing location, <15 minutes away from Sag Harbor via driving, easy access from Google Maps and the Bridgehampton LIRR stop if you train in. Property is really nice, secluded, has a great pool, and amenities have all been upgraded. It's a wonderful place for a relaxing and fun long weekend in the summer. Thanks to our hosts for such a great property, we'll definitely be staying here again very soon.

Perfect Hamptons Get Away

I used to have a house in Sag Harbor so I know the area well. This house was fantastic. No disappointments at all. Clean, well decorated. Big beautiful pool. Large private property, all extremely well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

AMAZING property that pays attention to detail!!

My family and I rented this beautiful home for a last minute weekend getaway from the gloomy winter. As mentioned in the house description, all sheets were supplied. We stayed in, cooked and ate in front of the beautiful fireplace. The home is freshly painted and immaculate. I canā€™t wait to book again for this summer. The hosts are great. We will be back!!!

Lovely home just Be Aware and Beware

This is a lovely convenient home with beautiful property and a responsive host. BUT - Be aware that the listing fails to mention you must bring your own linens. This fact is only mentioned in the "Trip Reservation Info-details about amenities" that you receive close to your stay date. Also, beware if you plan a stay for late in the season! We stayed over Labor Day week and found several things in disrepair. The oven was broken! Towel bars were coming off walls. A hanging bar was splayed on the floor making a bedroom closet unusable. A nightstand had dangerous cracked glass on the drawers. When, during our stay, this info was brought to the owner's attention, she replied that it was the end of the busy season and that the house was used a lot, just some wear and tear, and all of this would be taken care of in the fall. This response was more than a little infuriating! The rental fee for Labor Day week was ALMOST DOUBLE the non-holiday rate!! It seems that a house with this many issues at the end of the season should have been rented at a discount!

Excellent Home and Experience *With two caveats

The grounds are beautiful, amazing pool and landscaping. The house is clean and secluded just as we wanted. Easy to Uber into town and back as well as close to deli's, grocery and Sag Harbor is pretty close too...10-15 min drive. Communication was very easy and quick with the host. I would definitely recommend overall, but two things bothered me a bit for the price we paid. We had to pay $25 per person for use of their sheets and one bath towel and one hand towel each. We arrived and had to sort through the sheets in the laundry room and make our beds because the $25 didn't include making the beds. We were told this is common and due to COVID. That was a first for me and I stay at 5+ STR's annually. The only other inconvenience was that several items were not operable or requested not to use. The fire pits didn't work, the oven and wine fridge were not operable and the A/C could not be lowered below 70 due to the unit freezing below that. Again, this is a great property and the host was super easy to communicate with and kind. I just wanted it to be listed about the sheets, towels and inoperable items because those didn't appear in the reviews I read. I do recommend this place and my friends and I enjoyed it very much.

Paradise in Noyac

Samā€™s place is magical! Our stay was pure serenity, and the pictures of the property do not do it justice. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the wonderful showers. Our only note to out-of-towners would be that the pinned location does not match the address. While initially disappointed that the property is not located in the village of Sag Harbor, but rather in a village over 10 minutes away, any disappointment was quickly assuaged by the stunning property which gives the local beaches a run for their money. There were a couple of quirks, such as having to make our own beds, but nothing that could dissuade us from eagerly hoping to return next year.

Wedding weekend

We rented Samā€™s property for our family members flying in for our wedding. Our guests loved their stay! Clean and convenient and beautiful with a big pool it was perfect for our guests.
