Villa Magnolia Guest House sits in the ideal location for a beautiful Naramata holiday. On the Naramata Bench in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood, and nestled just above the famous Old Main vineyard, Villa Magnolia’s breathtaking views of the lake and vineyards are the best in Naramata, in a west-facing location that gives you the gift of beautiful Okanagan sunsets each night.

THE NEST at Villa Magnolia is the largest of the three strictly adults-only suites at Villa Magnolia Guest House. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a gas range and everything you need to prepare gourmet meals. The suite has a large, luxury spa bathroom with a free-standing soaker tub and walk in shower, a well appointed and comfortable living/dining room with High Definition television (full cable package, movie channels, Netflix), a large bedroom with luxurious King bed, high-end linens and duvet, a selection of pillows, and sitting room. There is also an outdoor dining area, on the large private deck that is equipped with a full-size, stainless steel Weber BBQ. Complimentary gourmet coffee and teas are provided, along with high end toiletries.

Villa Magnolia Guest House is a peaceful oasis located within easy walking and cycling distance of seven wineries, Legend Craft Distillery, and the beaches and Village of Naramata. We are located on the glorious Naramata Bench, home to 45 wineries on a 12km stretch with spectacular lake views along the way. Easily stroll down to the Village of Naramata with its charming restaurants and shops including a Tea Cottage, Linen shop, and lavender shop. In the summer months take in the Farmers Market at Manitou Park with live music and up to 50 local vendors, including food trucks, gelato, pottery, art, jewellery and more. There is also a very well-stocked General Store in the Village that also sells wine and liquor and a take out/delivery pizza place, that delivers both to Villa Magnolia, and to the beach. The Village is an easy 15 minute walk from Villa Magnolia.

The KVR trail with its great mountain biking, hiking and trail riding is all at your doorstep.

A little further, the town of Penticton awaits, with more dining options, shopping, and Skaha Lake on the south end of town. Golf courses are also abundant in the Okanagan, with many excellent courses within easy driving distance from the Villa.

Villa Magnolia Guest House offers 3 separate luxury adult-only suites, called The Perch, The Roost, and The Nest. Each beautiful private suite has its own entrance, and all suites have the same spectacular lake view and large private deck space for comfortable lounging and outdoor dining.

The owners live on site, and are available to answer any questions you may have and help make your stay a great one. Villa Magnolia is an adults-only guest house, and nobody under the age of 19 will be allowed.

All three suites feature complimentary Wifi, luxurious robes, toiletries, complimentary gourmet coffee and teas, HD television with full cable package/movie channels/Netflix, dining areas, and high-end appointments. 'The Perch' and 'The Roost' each feature a fully stocked kitchenette, private bathroom, and king bed.

This is a nice place to stay. We really liked the owners. The spot is beautiful and easy to access. Parking is limited to 1 spot per suite so plan ahead. We often travel up this way with both of our cars which is an odd issue for most to have but something to consider if you're up for the car shows.

Stunning AIR B and B with stunning views

This is a one bedroom, dining room and living room with well equipped kitchen. Every detail has been carefully thought out, high end appliances, beautiful furniture, whimsical art on the walls, a king size bed with wonderful bedding, a dressing area in the bedroom and a 180 view of Okanagan Lake from the windows and private deck! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need during your stay. The living room is a mix of lovely comfortable furniture with gorgeous soft furnishings. The owners live upstairs and are welcoming (we received some fresh vegetables from Anna’s garden) but give you privacy. We enjoyed our time there immensely. Flawless❤️❤️❤️

The Nest is an absolutely gorgeous, spacious and very well equipped one bedroom suite. The view is incredible. A lovely place to unwind. We biked, explored some vineyards, went swimming at local beaches, etc. Naramata is incredibly beautiful. We'd never been there before but we will return!

Spectacular View

Perfect choice for a week on the Naramata. We stayed in the beautifully decorated Nest suite. It was very spacious, super clean, well equipped and with stunning views from the bedroom, living room and deck. Wonderfully comfortable bed and bedding. Alan provided us with a day long private wine tour that was both lots of fun and a great learning experience. We look forward to our next visit.

Gorgeous apartment, glorious view.

Ana has really put her designer touches to this very large & comfortable apartment. We spent many hours lounging and eating out on the big deck enjoying the spectacular view! The kitchen is well stocked. The location perfect for visiting wineries or going into Penticton to enjoy their trendy downtown restaurants.

Absolutely Amazing

We loved everything about this property. Alan and Anna are so helpful and their communication is excellent. The place is immaculate and the attention to detail is fantastic. Every room is beautifully appointed and you feel completely at home. The deck has a beautiful view and comfy loungers to relax on. Being in the heart of Naramata is perfect as you can pop out to a few wineries so easily. We couldn’t recommend this rental more and we cannot wait to rebook!

Perfect Wine Country Getaway

My wife and I had an amazing time at Villa Magnolia. Alan and Anna were so great from the moment we arrived to the morning we said our goodbyes. The "Nest" was just as advertised. We wanted for nothing...they thought of everything and everything was just as we would have wanted it. Super Comfortable bed Well stocked Kitchen Lovely Bathroom The most amazing patio and View One of the best decisions we made was to hire Alan to host us on a private wine tour for the day. It was probably one of our best days in Naramata...Alan is very knowledgeable and he obviously well connected as we were able to meet the owners from 3 of the 5 wineries we visited with each of then presenting their wines to us exclusively. He arranged everything including a great recommendation for lunch. Very cool. We also rented their pedal assisted bikes for our own excursion including the KVR trail and of course hit a couple of our own wineries! Thanks Allan and Anna, we not only have found a jewel of a place in Naramata, we also feel like we have new friends. Pete and Lisa

Villa Magnolia review

We absolutely loved our stay in Naramata. Alan and Anna’s place was immaculate, well stocked and in a great location with an amazing view. There are many vineyards in the vicinity and we were also able to make a day trip to Oliver and Okanagan Falls. The hosts are available if you need anything and provided very helpful instructions and recommendations for our stay. We would recommend staying here if you get the chance.

Great view of lake. Property was very clean and well decorated. Great guide to local wineries and area was provided by owner. Walking wine tour does involve a few hills and narrow roads, so make sure you are comfortable with the effort. Not a party pad, quiet is expected. Kitchen very well appointed and stocked with a few basics ( coffee real cream!).
