This well-equipped three-bedroom villa offers privacy, comfort, and everything you need for a memorable getaway.



Just a short 600-meter stroll takes you to the nearest beach, and all local shops, restaurants, and amenities are within easy walking distance – no need for a car!



Step outside and you'll find a lush, mature garden surrounding a sparkling 12-meter swimming pool. Lounge on the sunbeds, enjoy outdoor meals under the covered pergola with a BBQ area, or simply unwind in the shaded seating and dining space – ideal for warm evenings and lazy afternoons.



Inside, the villa features a spacious open-plan layout on the ground floor. The living area is cozy and comfortable, with a large flat-screen TV, international satellite channels, and free WiFi throughout the house. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need, including a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine.



The dining area seats six, making it perfect for shared meals and good conversations. Large patio doors open directly to the garden, blending indoor and outdoor living beautifully.



Upstairs, you’ll find three inviting bedrooms: a master double with an en-suite bathroom and private balcony, a second double bedroom, and a third with two single beds – all with ample storage and thoughtful touches. There's also a shared family bathroom for your convenience.
