Unique Stone Farm House with view over the sea!

Built in 1901, for the residence of the land Lord, at the edge of the farm. The farm is full of olive, almond and fruit trees.The residence in this house offers you the freedom of mind as well as the tranquility of the soul, the calmness, and relaxation.

The House:
The Farm House has two levels and big balconies with an amazing view over the sea and the green hills! To reach the house you can drive or walk through the farm's private road where you can find the private parking lot!
The first level has: two bedrooms (the one sleeps two persons with a double bed, and the second can sleep four persons in four single beds); two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with bathtub); two living rooms; (the one has two single sofa-beds where two persons can sleep); (the second living room has two big sofas with a TV and a large table where at least 8 persons can dine ). On the first level, you can use the big veranda that leads you to the gardens and the farm.
The second level is connected with an interior staircase with the first level, where you can find: one main bedroom (with a double bed that sleeps 2 persons and there is space for an extra child's bed); one bathroom (with shower); a fully equipped kitchen (with fireplace and a living room with a sofa), the main living and dining room (with a big table for 6-8 persons and two sofas); last there are two big verandas to enjoy meals and drinks outdoors with an excellent view!
There is also a place for the laundry facilities and another veranda with a view for a rest hour.

Distances:
By car or on foot (almost 5-7 minutes walking), you can reach the village which has a complete Market, coffee shops, bars, and restaurants, where you can taste delicious food, sweets, and drinks.You can also enjoy swimming, sunbathing and surfing on the very near sandy and clean Mediterranean beaches. A little far from the village (by car and a few walking at the end) you can visit the unique and most famous beach in Andros (Tis Grias to Pidima) with its amazing natural phenomenon of a 15 meters (height) stone that is located inside the sea.
One of the greatest activities someone can enjoy is hiking in one of the most recognized and interesting trekking destinations, as its called Dipotamata. Very close to the Farm House is the #3 and#5 hiking trail from where you can depart and experience a vigorous adventure through paths that are full of greenery and water streams. Hiking and trekking in Andros is a very advanced and organized activity as you can join Korthi's trekking professional team that provides you with all the necessary assistance, guidance and advice!
You can also have a great time visiting other small villages nearby Korthi, churches, and monasteries.
25 minutes away by car, you will reach Chora the capital of the island, where you can visit the Museums, cultural centers, restaurants, coffee shops, and a complete market, with a variety of products and services. You can also enjoy the beautiful beaches around.
