The Space: Enjoy a relaxing haven in the heart of the city. Decorated in pale, neutral tones the interior is calm and inviting. Stunning chandeliers add a touch of glamour to each room, while the thoughtful personal touches help make you feel at home.
The main living area has a lounge with large comfortable couches, a TV lounge, dining for 6 guests and a self-catering kitchen, equipped with all the essentials. Foldaway glass doors open to reveal a splash pool, which is great for the warmer summer days.
Each of the three bedrooms boasts a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. They are all lovely and spacious and the neutral colour scheme is lovely and soothing.
Upstairs is a rooftop terrace where you can take in the sights of the city, with views of Signal Hill.
Dine al fresco on warmer evenings, or simply step outside to enjoy the view and marvel at the sunset.
There is only street parking available. Other nearby attractions include the Cape Town Stadium, V & A Waterfront and the beaches of Clifton.

Excellent poperty in prime location
We had a wonderful stay in this property which was for us in a prime location in De Waterkant. Close to friends and local amenities and with Uber cars, travelling to the Waterfront and Camps Bay was so easy to get around. Definetly recommend if you prefer City living rather than beach front poperties.

Business trip
Ideally located, the apartment provided myself and my colleagues a perfect place to go back to & relax during a very busy conference.
Close to various amenities (coffees, restos, spa...), 5 min driving to CTICC or V&A Waterfront.
Quiet and safe area.
Rooms were beautifully decorated, common areas very spacious and convivial with lots of natural light.
Only negative aspect is that the stay wad not long enough.
Would definitely come back.

Bucket List Trip with Friends
We stayed in Cape Town for a few days prior to setting off on a safari with a group of friends. It was the perfect place to adjust to the time zone. The area was wonderful! There were a number of good restaurants within easy walking distance, a fabulous place for breakfast across the street and a grocery story within an easy walk. The property sits on a hill and so the roof top level has the most amazing views of Table Mountain, the city and the waaterfront. It was an easy walk down to the waterfront area where there are lots of shops, etc. The prpperty was very well secured, very clean and modern and each bedroom has its own private bath. The beds were comfortable and everything worked well. The main kitchen dining living area was perfect for us all togather (as was the rooftop). Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Absolutely amazing and perfect in every way.
I cannot brag on this rental enough. This property was perfect in every way. It was close to everything. It was a couple minutes away from Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, walking distance from tons of restaurants, Ubers were always only two minutes away. The neighborhood was nice and upscale. We felt very safe on the property. The entrance was access controlled with camera to view the entrance. It was 3 levels & a roof top with great views. Very nicely decorated.
Prior to check in Sinathemba, one of our 2 hosts, communicated with us in the days prior. He was very accommodating. He met us at the property for check in & arrived before us so that we didn’t experience a wait. His energy and personality was amazing. He was very helpful & resourceful & asked a number of times of there was anything we needed. He gave us a tour of the property, explained how to use some of the features. He even suggested some great restaurants. He was available throughout the stay if we had a need.
Our housekeeper, Signorina, was there to greet us and let us know when she’d be there to maintain the house. She was a sweet lady.
Peter, our second host, was also extremely accommodating & helpful as well. He was very friendly & made sure our check out went smoothly.
Everyone has an amazing personality, was extremely friendly, helpful, accommodating & resourceful. They were available & attentive. I will stay here every time I visit Cape Town.

The house is a tardis in the middle of the city
A great home in the centre of cape town.
You will be pleasantly surprised when you open the door. It is close enough to everything and has many little eating places and a supermarket surrounding this place. The view from the rooftop will surprise you too.
Would I stay here again , yes .
But some advice as the house is on a steep hill with a cobbled road, if you have walking or hip problems please look into this before you book. The parking can be a bit of a nightmare but if you are out most days it shouldn't worry you to much.
But yes I would stay at 53 Napier again.
